Breakfast gluten-free options were available and in general one could choose many diverse options
The mattress/pillows were too soft, and there was no air extractor in the bathroom (and this was necessary after a guest takes a hot shower)

The hotel was in a good location it was very clean and the service we received was very good and the staff were very accommodating would definitely stay there again

Fantastic breakfast Great location Very nice, spacious family room
Parking. Hotel car park was full. Underground parking close by was 30 Euros for 24 hours. Daytime street parking max 2 hours, but can be topped up every 2 hours at meter. Free after 8pm.

All was good room ready for we we got there, clean and comfortable.
Parking was a bit hard and hotel only had 5 parking spaces, had to use an under ground car park at £25 a night. Hotel is a extra £18 a night to use there car park but you need to be a good driver to get in and out.

The room was very good and clean. Buffet breakfast was average of most continental ones, no complaints.
Cannot find any particular problems with this hotel, apart from the fact it woulde have been better if it had a restaurant. We were aware of this when we booked, so cannot complain about it.
