I spent a night here outside of peak season.
I got one of the rooms on the ground floor which look they’ve been freshly renovated.
Very clean, nice big shower, comfortable bed.
Good breakfast with loads of options
Not much natural light since the room is on the ground floor facing the internal “courtyard”

The location was perfect. With the train station in walking distance. Perfect for visitors to go to other Christmas markets in bruges and gent.
Only thing the let ostend down is people not cleaning up dog mess in the streets.

The hotel's location is very good. The staff was helpful with my questions. It is also very convenient that you can leave your suitcase in the luggage storage after check-out and enjoy a walk around the city.
I would have liked the breakfast to be more varied and to have more hot options.
I found a few hairs in my bed, which made me doubt the freshness of the linens.
The towel rail was covered in dust.

Decent breakfast with good coffee and bread and a decent selection of other foods. Good sized triple room. Very good standard of cleaning and modern bathroom.
Were not allowed to use common areas to sit or talk outside meal times (11pm) . We were told we were only allowed in our rooms, which seems a bit petulant.
