The staff was incredible polite and professional mainly the first girl at reception when we arrived she hold the desk for 11 hours plus completing other chores about
The room was out of date claustrophobic and extremely warm. It was facing internally and the window couldn't be opened widely because of a noise coming from a unit underneath and lots and lots on pigeons. Tha bathroom no window had been renovating but one shower and it would because a living steam and sauna room. We made a huge mistake to not ask to be moved. During the night the noise coming from the unit outside but belonging to the hotel sounded like a Chinese torture.

Closely located to city centre.
Rooms have thin walls and ones hears the neighbours and tv late at night.
