Guest Score 9 out of 10
Wonderful
Personnel was kind and very polite.
They would help the best they can.
Beds were very comfy. Decorating was a little outdated, but still perfectly clean and fonctionel.
I guess this room will be in the next row of upgrade as other rooms already done. And even without a new look this works fine.
Nothing

very good location
Small rooms and no airconditioning

Guest Score 2 out of 10
Poor
Location is fine.
It is way too expensive for what it is. Certain elements are not acceptable for any price and I supposedly had a superior room. Poor communication and service, dirty, not maintained.

Disappointing
The staff was incredible polite and professional mainly the first girl at reception when we arrived she hold the desk for 11 hours plus completing other chores about
The room was out of date claustrophobic and extremely warm. It was facing internally and the window couldn't be opened widely because of a noise coming from a unit underneath and lots and lots on pigeons. Tha bathroom no window had been renovating but one shower and it would because a living steam and sauna room. We made a huge mistake to not ask to be moved. During the night the noise coming from the unit outside but belonging to the hotel sounded like a Chinese torture.
