Hotel is near by sea, shops and restaurant.

The hotel has a very good location, within walking distance of the seafront, shops, and restaurants, which made it ideal for a New Year break.
The room was clean and comfortable, with enough space for a short stay. The bed was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt welcoming.
Breakfast offered a good selection and was well organised. It was a nice way to start the day before heading out to explore Ostend.
Some parts of the hotel feel slightly dated and could benefit from a refresh. During peak times, certain areas (like swimming pool area and breakfast area) were a bit crowded.

Swimming pool and spa. Location easy access to the beach and main street and train station. Breakfast ok
Mattress too soft, not getting good night sleep. price of the parking and very tight to manoeuvre.

Everything except the woman in reception area
The woman in the reception not friendly and uncommodating i book 2 rooms for 2 person each room and when i came in she told me that its only for a single person and i need to pay extra. I paid it anyway coz i'm not in the mood to argue. I am not going to book again in that hotel and not recommend it to friends or family

Great location. Good value for money. We loved the little pool and the access to the wellness. Excellent breakfast and staff who were welcoming.
The room was dark (no light in the middle of the room) and the shower didn’t have a door.

The breakfast was excellent. Took my granddaughter for a bonding holiday it was perfect. Gym for her swim for me really enjoyed the experience
