Very Good
Room was a good size if a bit dimly lit. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet.
Location was quite good in that it was near the promenade. Breakfast was very good with plenty of variety.
Woman on reception stared at us as if we were criminals when we arrived and we both wondered what we were in for. She did thaw out later and produced a half smile. It was a bit off-putting. A minor thing really but quite surprising.

Staff was very nice and friendly. The room was very clean.
Spa was only accessible for a very limited time slot, otherwise needed paid booking which was not indicated in the description of the facilities on booking. The price is too high for the quality and facilities.

Very Poor
The location was decent.
The room was extremely stuffy and had horrible horrible ventilation. We specifically paid for an air-conditioning room (as advertised!), because we had one person in our party who needed good ventilation, because due to history of serious illness and treatment issues could not regulate their temperature naturally. Eventually we had to turn it off, and the windows allowed no air to come in. Couldn't sleep a wink. The next morning, while checking out, I indicated all the aforementioned and they were well-aware how bad it was as we kept flagging it the day before. Two people ensured me that they will try to reach back and refund some of the amount, but ofcourse that never happened.

Good
The swimming pool was extremely disappointing and far below our expectations. The cleanliness and overall maintenance were not up to the mark, and the pool did not meet the standard we expected from the hotel. Considering the hotel’s reputation and pricing, we expected a much better swimming pool facility. This definitely needs immediate improvement and better maintenance.
Mixed Experience with the Staff
Oliver and Alex were very nice, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. However, unfortunately, the rest of the staff we interacted with were quite arrogant and not very professional or friendly. The difference in service was noticeable. We appreciate Oliver and Alex for their excellent attitude, but overall, the staff experience needs significant improvement.

Comfortable bed, diverse but basic breakfast
Swimming pool and sauna available. They do have parking for extra charge.
It looks old hotel, despite they did some renovations, still the ventilators and the hairdryer was full with gal layer of dust. I was staying with my kids so we pulled bed apart and the carpet between beds was very dusty. It felt that they do clean, but only the visual part of the rooms.
