The swimming pool was extremely disappointing and far below our expectations. The cleanliness and overall maintenance were not up to the mark, and the pool did not meet the standard we expected from the hotel. Considering the hotel’s reputation and pricing, we expected a much better swimming pool facility. This definitely needs immediate improvement and better maintenance.
Mixed Experience with the Staff
Oliver and Alex were very nice, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. However, unfortunately, the rest of the staff we interacted with were quite arrogant and not very professional or friendly. The difference in service was noticeable. We appreciate Oliver and Alex for their excellent attitude, but overall, the staff experience needs significant improvement.

Comfortable bed, diverse but basic breakfast
Swimming pool and sauna available. They do have parking for extra charge.
It looks old hotel, despite they did some renovations, still the ventilators and the hairdryer was full with gal layer of dust. I was staying with my kids so we pulled bed apart and the carpet between beds was very dusty. It felt that they do clean, but only the visual part of the rooms.

It was close to the beach, the room was really comfortable and the breakfast was diverse and fresh
The windows from the room wasn't clean and the toilet was separate from the main bathroom

Location is very good, central to everything you need
The property is a bit dated, the decor in the room could do with updating. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, the toilet was opposite the bed and no wash basin so you had to go into the shower room to wash your hands. No extra towels were provided for the pool.
