Excellent location, breakfast itself and breakfast place was good
We got an old (outdated), small room with carpet which we did not like - no chance for a room-change since the hotel was full. Parking was a nightmare on May 1st (everything was full) - recommend pre-booking on busy days! Value for money was not good enough.

Nice people. Well decorated room. Unfortunately very loud at night. Room 105 is near lift and kitchen with motor noise all night on and off. Unfortunately impossible to get a night's sleep. Food in restaurant and bar is of good quality and very tasty.

The breakfast offers a variety of excellent produce in a relaxing atmosphere. The view from the hotel is lovely (though not particularly quiet, yet pleasant). Overall a very nice place to be!
The double room was a little on the small side but there are others, larger ones, available which we have had the pleasure to experience. All in all, a great hotel!

This is a smart, clean well-run hotel with friendly, courteous staff. The location is very good but surprisingly peaceful at night. Breakfast is excellent and is served in a large area with a good choice of spacious seating
The weather was too hot for me and although that wasn't the hotel's fault, aircon in the room would have helped me. I was told on leaving that aircon is planned. There was a mobile fan in the room which I used all the time. Travelling solo, of course I booked a single. The bath/shower room was spacious but the bed area was small and I was amazed to find 2 huge cushions on the bed. These took up space when I moved them to the chair. There was a kettle and some tea and coffee but no surface to sit at to drink and of course no space for a bedside table

Very friendly and accommodating staff, room was a good size. Breakfast was nice.
Location is great, right beside the harbour, bus station and train station. Plenty of amazing things to see and do within walking distance. Beach is only a 5 minute walk.
Staff more than happy to store my luggage whilst my room was being prepared ahead of check-in time.
Tumbler was filthy - had lipstick and muck on it. Was obvious that the cleaner didn't replace it since last guest.
No handsoap in bathroom area.
Safe was broken.
