The location is good. And the staff were very friendly.
The cleanliness. There was dust everywhere in the room. Shower not very clean. I even found a used gum stuck at the back of the remote control, on the bedside table. I took the remote control and the staff cleaned it, but obviously the bedside table was never cleaned. I put a towel on it to avoid touching it.

Lovely room with a balcony and sea view
The only downside was the parking as you had to park on the road and pay to park hi h we found very difficult
But the receptionist at the hotel helped us with paying

The hotel is quaint with extremely helpful and cheerful staff. The 'honesty bar" is a great idea. Great choice for breakfast. Close to centre and beach. A real pearl of an establishment. We will definitely be back.

Very helpful and nice staff, super central localisation. Breakfast is fresh, varied, offers local products and is set in a relatively calm room. There was also a free drinks dispenser offering several kinds of fruity water, very nice!
Given the heat outside, a better airco system would've been welcome. Alternatively, a window with a mosquito proof shield to prevent the mosquitoes from entering at night would've been better. We've organized mosquito hunts 4 times in the middle of the night

Super helpful reception, owners. Very good breakfast - excellent choice of dairy, cold meats, fruit/fruit salads, bred and pastry. Some cold fish salads, sun dried tomatoes, etc. Freshly squeezed orange juice, variety of juices, hot drinks. Cooked breakfast as well. There was a free water vending machine with variety of peach, lemon or mango infusion. This was very thoughtful for the travellers.
Stayed in a quiet double room. Lift was great. The room was a bit outdated, but had all conveniences including a mini fridge and a safe. The PVC cover had been peeling on the sides of the bed for sometime and the mattress felt a bit hard. The room was ok. The rooms were hoovered daily.
There was an access to the roof garden on 7th floor which was perfect for sunbathing. It was private, quiet and not windy. Plenty of sunshine.
Fantastic location: 5 minutes walk to any shops or to the beach or 10 min walk to the restaurants, bus/tram stops.
Good value for money hotel.
