Centrally placed
The major issue is they don't have room for bicycles. A very rude and impolite woman more or less threw out my bicycle. It is fair enough that they don't have space, but then they should announce that clealy. I have been in 20+ hotels with my bicycle, this is the first time this is a problem. This is also a problem with Booking, that should make this very clear, and not with some small text somewhere (which wasn't there either). There were two other cyclists also, so this is not uncommon. Ig you have a bike, stay away!

The room was spacious, spotless, and newly renovated. While there was some street noise during the day, it was quiet at night. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of fresh options. Super convenient luggage storage! While there is no physical front desk, the hosts are highly responsive and handle everything efficiently over WhatsApp.
Room soundproofing could be better. You can easily hear neighbors chatting or hanging up clothes.

Location is excellent as the hotel is in a quiet backstreet in the center of Oostende. Very clean room and comfortable beds. Breakfast was delicious, very friendly staff / owners. Self check-in went smoothly.
We would prefer a door instead of a curtain in the bath room / toilet ... Sometimes you just need a bit of privacy!

Perfect breakfast, superb location.
At the moment they are renewing building just near, so it is a bit noisy during the day. Bathroom is very small.
