Good location. Bed ok. The breakfast was good.
The staff was not really helpful nor smiling. They didn’t offer any help to my mate despite seing her struggling with the luggage. They offer zero surveillance over your luggage at the reception. Check in was delayed because room was not cleaned. Didn’t offer anything in exchange. Shower was half broken. Sheets were tainted. Well overpriced.

Great staff at check-in and check-out. Amazing pool and loved the sauna. Comfortable beds. Kids loved it (great wifi too). Liked the concept of having a coffee corner

Fine staff. Helpful. Good breakfast. Nice room. Airconditioning working good. Not all rooms have that though. So always check at your time of booking.
Not possible to have lunch or diner but some good restaurants close by.

The sauna was okay
The receptionist was rude and unprepared. I made a parking reservation which they confirmed in advance, but when I arrived they didn't have any parking cards left. I asked about the spa area, and the receptionist gave me the wrong instructions.
The bed frame had one of its legs broken. The shower doors were broken, and the coffee maker was dirty. Even the capsules were destroyed on the outside. The floor was dirty, and some toilet amenities were missing. Literally a two star hotel at maximum.

Disappointing
The pool and sauna areas was very good the breakfast was good and the areas clean the hotel room the bed was uncomfortable and the noise from the rain and wind was not good.
Look at the beds and make them comfortable they are very low down

It’s well situated near the beach promenade. We also enjoyed the sauna, which was one of the major reasons for booking this hotel.
For the price we paid for a family room, the state of it was shocking. Really old around the edges, sad, old fashioned decor, a shower screen that was barely holding together, nothing in the mini bar, no nice gestures like a bottle of water. In fact, there were not even glasses in the room, just paper cups. One major minus point was that there were no bathrobes, towels or slippers for the spa. That was all extra on top of a ridiculously high room price. Breakfast was all hyper processed products. Bread rolls straight from an industrial pack, proceeded yogurts, cold bacon…you’re not going to get delicious food from the local bakery here or artisan cheeses and jams.

Location, breakfast and the effort of the receptionist.
The hotel is poor. The swimming pool is depressive (nobody was using it). Not a nice atmosphere on the common areas. Internet was not working (they were trying to solve, but then again I pay for it,right?), elevator also stopped working. Bad smell on the corridors. Breakfast was good but the tables were all messy and not cleaned for at least 40 minutes. Feels abandoned. This is far from 4 stars.
