location was good.
The Hotel exceeded my expectations.
Breakfast was great.
The male afternoon receptionist was a bit stern in his manner and he spoke far to quickly. It was as though we were disturbing his work.
The lift is very Slow.
I would like a shower that I can stand under.

I liked the bed, comfortable. And the possibility to have a coffe/tea in the room
The toilet didn' have the door. I find it very uncormfortable. The breakfast was good but I think you should change the coffee machines...too slow!

Nice breakfast.
The sink is clogged and the water drains for 24 hours. The switch in the bathroom is broken. The kettle won't close. The soundproofing in the room is poor. There is no drinking water, slippers, or robes in the room. The towels are torn.

Good location near to sea front, large clean modern Ecology room, helpful staff, good water pressure and very hot water, nice pool and sauna. comfortable bed. Black out curtains, good facilities: coffee/tea, tv, shower room with separate toilet, ironing board and iron, hairdryer, soaps…
View (building site of hotel next door) noisy builders from around 7:30 am. (Take earplugs if you want to lie in) shower overflowed slightly onto bathroom floor. Hamam wasn’t working in wellness.
