Very good location, you have everything nearby.
The room that I ordered was not the room we got. It was not a small room but a tiny room. The bathroom was also no bathroom. It was a toilet and a mini showen in one.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location, its very close to everything
The rooms are outdated and very small, with practically no soundproofing. The view from the window was terrible, overlooking a construction site. The toilet was broken, and the water kept running constantly, which made it very difficult to sleep at night. There was also no air conditioning.
The breakfast was very basic and felt cheap, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Overall, the stay was disappointing and definitely not what I expected and not worthy 150€/night.

Goedkoop hotel met goeie ligging in centrum Oostende.
Ideaal voor een snelle slaapplaats, niet comfortabel genoeg voor lange vakantie.
Ontbijt was verrassend goed, veel keuze en vers.
Niet super proper, zeker de badkamer.
's Nachts was onze deur kapot, de batterij leeg. Receptie moeten wakker bellen, en blijkbaar gebeurt dit niet vaak. Hij is 3 keer een andere schroevendraaier moeten gaan halen.
Niet super professioneel, maar goed genoeg voor de prijs.

Breakfast was nice and the location was really good.
Waiting to check in no staff present at reception, issue with the door not opening and slow draining shower. I nearly got scammed due to a data leak they knew my booking details price etc, very convincing!

The hotel is in a great location, very central and convenient. It is within walking distance of the train station and also close to the tram stop. The staff and reception team were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Whenever we needed anything, they were always there to assist us.
Our room was quite small, and it was a bit difficult to fit in with two large suitcases. Maybe I chose the wrong room type when booking, I'm not sure. However, it was manageable for our three-night stay.
