Breakfast was brilliant lots of choice
Our room what we stayed in wasn't the best , beds were fine but when we opened bathroom door we could not believe how close the door was to the toilet it wasnt very good for us

The hotel was interesting, had a lovely dining room. Breakfast was really good. Staff were friendly but not over the top. Location was right in town.
Bathroom was a little dated and the door lock didn't work properly.

In the centre lots of shops bars restaurants. Also right by the Christmas market

We stay here every December and normally have a good stay but this time we were next door to very nosie people shouting and laughing really loud my partner had to shout them to be quite and they must of been smoking in there room because our bathroom smelt really bad of cigarette smoke . . .apart from that the stay was fine

Great location and reasonable price, including breakfast. The rooms were reasonably quiet.
Slightly shabby rooms, cracked or missing plaster, etc. Lack of soap in the dispensers in the roo, so take your own to be on the safe side. The small single room was very small.

The hotel is situated in the centre of town which is useful for seeing the sites. The hotel is quiet and it is easy to get to sleep. The breakfast is simple but quite tasty.
The staff didn't communicate, we asked if it would be ok to have some early breakfast due to a very early start, the guy on reception said it would be fine. There were no lights on in the dining room so early, so we had to take food out into the hall. The guy who worked in the kitchen got annoyed that we were having early breakfast and angrily told us we shouldn't be having food at that time. Other hotels in Ostend prepared breakfasts for people to take with them when they had early starts. There is no communal area to sit and wait for friends.
