Location but nothing more
There was a strong sewage smell in the room so we had to close the bathroom door and leave windows open at all times. We got stuck in the tiny lift late at night for 1.5 hours - no answer from emergency number and no staff were in the hotel. Leaving us no option but to call the fire brigade to rescue us

Excellent central location, simple but nice breakfast, the elevator was much appreciated getting bags up to the third floor! Our room had an upstairs “bedroom” with 4 beds that worked well for our purposes.
The bathroom was cramped and the shower had a tendency to leak water over the floor. The chair and couch “downstairs” weren’t particularly comfortable to sit on.

Staff were really wonderful and helpful. I hesitate to say anything bad about the hotel because they were trying their best in a bad situation.
The room was shabby. For instance the cover of the desk chair was peeling off, revealing dirty stuffing, the carpets were stained and the bathmat really grubby. Lighting was poor. Not enough electrical sockets. The parent company needs to invest more to make this charmingly located hotel a place that people want to go back to. I hope my feedback reaches them.

The location in the city.
The hotel rooms are too old, as well as the corridors. Smell old. The furnitures are very old and ugly. The room was on the courtyard, but it was impossible to open the window due to the odour of the restaurant downstairs.
