Room is comfortable with a coffee and tea offering and a small fridge which is a bonus. Spacious bathroom. For the price its well worth it.

A really cool and comfortable hotel right in the centre of Leuven. We were travelling for work; attending a film festival at the nearby STUK Arts Centre, and the location could not have been better. Not only was it convenient for our destination, we were surrounded on all sides by adorable bars and restaurants. The hotel has a really cool bar and lounge, so it's an ideal spot for parking up with your laptop and a glass of wine, or a beer at the end of the day. Rooms were an excellent size; there was two of us staying in the same room with twin beds, but both beds were bigger than your average single and very comfortable. Amenities were great as well; mini-fridge, refillable water station, room service etc. Overall, great value for money and an excellent vibe.

A great, situated hotel with friendly, professional staff. The downstairs bar is extremely comfortable and provides a wide selection of drinks. Breakfast is extensive and varied, catering for all tastes.
The sofas in the bar are far too comfortable. With a beer in hand you can stay too long.

Location is perfect. Rooms are comfortable. Fillable water perspective is appreciated. The lobby is very cosy. Staff is helpful. I very much appreciate that they have radiator in the rooms rather than using AC for heating.
Breakfast is expensive, 25 Euros. You can easily find excellent cafeterias around with nice breakfast, walking distance.

The cleaner threw away my very expensive hair straightener while cleaning the room! Even when she later admitted it, claiming she thought "it wasn’t working well" or for some other equally bizarre reason, the hotel staff remained completely indifferent, showed ZERO initiative, and made absolutely NO effort to offer real help or resolve it. A word of warning: Do not leave anything valuable or important in the rooms there. I travel to Belgium frequently, and even though the location is convenient, I will never return to this hotel.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this hotel and liked the ambiance in evening in the bar area . It has a nice bar / club feel .
The carpets in the bedroom and the hall area need urgently replacing . They are grubby and dirty and made the room , which was actually very clean feel dirty .

Centrally located, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfat. The size off the rooms are adequate.
As it is in a pedestrian zone, app cabs and private cars cannot drive right up to the hotel. Some of the carpets look a bit worn out.

Good, spacious room with a lot of facilities. It was clean and nice to be. Breakfast was good and the staff very friendly. The restaurant in the next hotel (same franchise) was good.
To pay so much extra for parking was a little bit steep.. that should be less.
