The room was everything that we wanted for a comfortable stay. The staff were welcoming and efficient. The location was an ideal base for exploring Leuven and within walking distance of the railway station. It was quiet too.

Great location, really good breakfast, nice bathrooms
Do not clean rooms unless requested at reception, and don’t tell you this upon checkin. No room service. No ability to put items on your room bill. Beds not comfortable, and rooms are twins where you can put two twin beds together.
