Room wasn't clean , no daily cleaning , old and damaged carpets, dirty iron , old and damaged appliences, damaged hail dryer, it wasn't 4 star at all.. max 2 star

The square in front of the hotel could be a bit noisy during the evening/night (especially, on the weekends).

The Penta is a pleasure to stay at. Which is why I have stayed there many times. Great location, with friendly, professional staff. Always a pleasure.
I'm smiling while typing this. The coffee cups in the room are to small for my caffeine fix in the morning. But seriously there is nothing else I would change.

The location and Staff, been staying at this Hotel for over 20 years and just love it. The Staff are Brilliant, Special mention to Alex, nothing is ever a problem, extremely helpful & location is simply amazing!

This hotel was a real gem. I booked it because I was attending a conference at the university, and this is undoubtedly the most convenient hotel for anything there. The staff were really so friendly and helpful. I would especially praise the young British man who made me the best cup of tea I have ever had on the Continent! I had a single room on the top floor, which was absolutely perfect for me and it was charming to be able to look out over the rooftops and hear the chimes of the carillon. Breakfast was great, and I did make use of the small gym, which really was not bad at all for a hotel one.

They serve glutenfree bread every day. I did appreciated the device with free purified and cooled water.
The cable of the hairdryer was dangerously damaged.
