Great hotel in a central location. Spotless clean room and comfortable beds. Excellent staff who were so helpful at all times. Loved the filtered water machine. Stayed here 5 nights & will be returning in August. Highly recommend this hotel.

The staff is really really nice, easygoing and very helpful
The lobby is beautiful
Beds are very hard, there is a bed pad in plastic and the sheets of the beds are not in cotton.
The carpet is very thin and not nice. this is the kind you might find in an office or a public administration, not very beautiful but very strong.
Honestly, it is really disappointing for a 4 stars hotel. It is rather a very good 2 stars or average 3 stars

Perfectly located in the city center, pentahotel Leuven exceeded all our expectations. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and the rooms were spotless, quiet, and supremely comfortable. Highly recommend — will definitely return!

Very efficient hotel and nice staff. When I had a problem, they were able to solve it. Bathrooms are nicely designed.

The beds are very aged, the same as the pillows. Rooms are surprisingly dusty - a consequence of older hotels.
