Good location.
Understaffed. Either nobody or just 1 person at reception. 15 people queuing for check-out as a result. Extremely noisy. I slept on the fifth floor and could not sleep on both nights because of the noise. Students roam the streets chanting and shouting until 4am! Windows need better noise insulation. Bathroom was not clean and carpet was badly stained. Rooms don’t get cleaned unless you specifically ask for it. Another hotel dressing up cost reduction as a “green” initiative. If you claim to be a green hotel, don’t put a massive fridge in the room! Staff replies to your mails you sent before checking-in, but don’t answer your questions.

The window let air through on all sides it seems. This means it was so cold that I had to sleep in my jacket. Also, the bar sounds from the street were very loud and went deep into the night

Super convenient location, very close to everything in Leuven! Also great that they have a parking garage, so we can explore the charming city without worrying where to park. The staff is super nice too, very good and friendly vibe in the hotel!
It would be nice to have more local and special beers at the bar. Probably a bit too much to ask, and there are many bars just walking distance away, but we really like the vibe in the hotel, just a pity there are limited draft beers which we expected more in Belgium ;)

The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff are very friendly. The location is good and everything is within easy walking distance, but parking is a bit difficult. However, there is an underground car park, which we did not use. The room looked a bit outdated, the bathroom is functional, but there was a slight smell in our room (perhaps due to insufficient ventilation in the bathroom?). For a short, functional stay in Leuven, we can definitely recommend this hotel, and the positive thing is that it is a dog-friendly hotel!

The location and breakfast were both excellent.
The WiFi was terrible. It dropped out completely very often. I told the staff but nothing improved. Also the interior finish is a little tired with many stains on the carpet.
