Perfectly located in the city center, pentahotel Leuven exceeded all our expectations. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and the rooms were spotless, quiet, and supremely comfortable. Highly recommend — will definitely return!

Pleasant
Very efficient hotel and nice staff. When I had a problem, they were able to solve it. Bathrooms are nicely designed.
AC was working and was strong!!
The beds are very aged, the same as the pillows. Rooms are surprisingly dusty - a consequence of older hotels.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The pillows were rough.
