every thing worked out perfectly for my visit. Your staff were very efficient, helpful and pleasant,.
I am very bad with names, however the lady from the Ukraine, her colleague from Lithuania and colleague from Overijse were immensely professional . I had a womderful time and I look forward to my next visit.

The communication from the hotel with respect to cleaning etc on demand, could have been made clearer,. despite this the front desk dealt with it efficeiently

The location was perfect for walking to the places of interest and a wide range of restaurants including St. Peter’s Church , Tiensestraat and Oude Markt. The beds were very comfortable. There were bottles of water that guests can fill up from a water dispenser in the ground floor. The hotel offers very good value for money.
The carpet in the hallway was a bit dark.

The location is great, and the hotel is quite comfortable with a nice lounge area. The breakfast is decent as well. I’m already a returning guest and would happily stay again.
The Wi-Fi could be better and may not be reliable enough for remote work.

Nice concept, poor execution. They have definitely problems with cleaning and maintenance. Disgusting, dirty carpet. Window with broken door handle etc. Nice beds and design.

Excellent location right in the centre of the action in town. 2 minute walk to the Food Festival. Cool bar layout with retro feel and pool table. Price was reasonable compared to several other central options. This was a big step up from the budget Ibis by the station.
A bit pricey for food and drinks, but manageable.

Nice hotel with comfortable rooms. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.
My room was on the street side very close to student bars. The loud noise from the people outside lasted until 4am and kept me awake. It was on a Tuesday night, so I had not expected this. Maybe there was a special event in town that brought all these people to the street at night.
