The hotel is next to the Leuven train station and about 15 min walk from the centre of Leuven. Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet. We interacted with 3 different staff members at reception, 2 males and one female, and they were all exceptionally helpful, friendly and efficient.
The hotel is expensive, but perhaps there was a conference in town when we visited, which raised the prices?

Location super, reception people are nice nice rooms. Lobby also good.
Room cleaning was mostly bad, we stayed one week only 2 times the cleaning was perfect, but unfortunately the rest 5 days cleaning was bad especially first day was very bad. It seem depend on who is cleaning at that day.

The location is perfect, just behind the station and yet very quiet. Rooms are fairly big and beds are comfortable.
For the rest it's just an outdated hotel, a bit smelly in some rooms, low cleaning standards, overpriced and with incompetent staff, but that's normal in Belgium. Unfortunately there is not much offer in Leuven so this Park Inn is still a good compromise if you need to stay a couple of nights.
