Free chocolate at check-in, wonderful! The location is most convenient for using the train station. The air conditioning was good. Happy to see bathrobes and slippers in the room. The bed was comfy, and the shower was great. The focus on eco values is appreciated.
There was no refrigerator in the room.

A decent room. Quite spacious, clean. Good breakfast. The hotel is literally near the train station, so it's very convenient. However, it's not noisy, you can rest. The hotel has a bar and tables outside, very convenient for an evening drink. The area is quiet and safe.
Furniture and walls are a bit worn out. The toilet is in a separate space from the bathroom, which was pretty weird and uncomfortable. You cannot open windows.

Rooms were comfortable, clean, quiet and spacious. Room darkening curtains were excellent. Breakfast was excellent. Located next to train station, the location was convenient and safe. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Proximity to the train station.
When we checked in the lady that checked us in was great. She clearly saw that we were 4 people and took all four passports. She informed us that we had free breakfast. We only went for breakfast on the last day. When we went to get a table the hostess talked to the front desk and he said he had to charge us an extra $87 city tax for extra person and pay for breakfast. Being a hotel owner this is unacceptable. Plus this young man at the desk was very rude and gave us attitude instead of trying to diffuse the situation and show some empathy.
