It was right next to the train station so the location was ideal. Also not too far a walk to the centre. The staff were nice and friendly too, and I got free chocolates at arrival! Nice touch. Also wasn’t too expensive. Really big and spacious room with massive bed which was great.
The rooms aren’t as nice as pictured I’d say. There is no wardrobe, just a bar and some coat hangers on the wall at the entrance which I wasn’t expecting. It also wasn’t the cleanest, the carpets looked dirty and my bed sheets looked like someone had stepped on the with dirty indoor shoes. Also pillow case was ripped.

Fro edgy and helpful staff, really comfortable bed, perfect location and no noise from trains.
Separate toilet and bathroom in the rooms.

Lovely hotel. We don't normally take such nice hotels so everything just seemed very nice!
It's a pity the hotel can't work out a small parking discount with the station, as it was rather expensive. However, it was quite convenient (after you drive through the parking and find the Park Inn spaces through a sea of reserved spaces).

Arrived to be told they couldn't offer the room we had booked and was made to wait for 2 hours with my two young kids before giving us an answer.
A very disgruntled front of house made us feel like the situation was our fault.

When we checked in the lady that checked us in was great. She clearly saw that we were 4 people and took all four passports. She informed us that we had free breakfast. We only went for breakfast on the last day. When we went to get a table the hostess talked to the front desk and he said he had to charge us an extra $87 city tax for extra person and pay for breakfast. Being a hotel owner this is unacceptable. Plus this young man at the desk was very rude and gave us attitude instead of trying to diffuse the situation and show some empathy.
