Exceptional
Location is good, walkable from the train station and to the city centre with lots of shops, restaurants and bars on the way. Hotel is clean, quiet and staff are very friendly. Room on the fourth floor was clean, spacious with lots of storage space and the bed was comfortable with no traffic sound. Breakfast is very good, lots of choice and the staff work very hard to ensure everything is stocked and the tables are constantly being cleared. Pleasant and welcoming staff at breakfast.
Bathroom configuration with a separate toilet does not work for me.

Location was good for a night break between Berlin and Calais
The room became very hot in the night.. Difficult to sleep. No parking provided by the hotel.

The room was nice and spacious, breakfast was ok, location about 1km to the station. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful
- I had requested for a sofa bed and cot but this was not ready at checkin. However, the reception staff ensured that this was quickly arranged.
- The housekeeping could do better: the room seemed slopily made after the first night.
- Parking at the hotel basement is largely private. Limited parking spots were available especially if you arrived late in the evening. I had to park at the Leuven station on one of the nights

Good location, clean and confortable rooms
Breakfast was not good. The omelette was not fresh and had a weird taste, it was also dry… also a poor selection, we didn’t have much to choose from…

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. We enjoyed the breakfast.
The staff upon arrival was not overly friendly or helpful. The location of the hotel was okay, but there is only one entrance which required a long walk all the way around the building.

Breakfast and location were great. The staff is so polite and wonderful. Thank you especially to the housekeeping staff for making my room so clean! They are the most important part of the hotel.
The TV was old, half the channels did not work, and there were no streaming options to even sign in with my own acc.

Disappointing
I felt that the rooms were dated and needed an overhaul. Paint around the doors were chipped away. Hygiëne was not ok, there were stains on the couch. The shower had a lot of limescale. I just thought that the staff could do a better job in cleaning the rooms. See attached pictures.
