This 16th-century former convent offers 4-star facilities and an attractive interior only 919 feet from the Oude Markt in the historic center of Leuven. Very close to central squares and restaurants but quiet at the same time.
Car park was unavailable and we had the impression it was unavailable most of the time (don't advertise it then). Bar was closed. Shampoo etc was in a small sachet and nothing special. Why not do something nice in a refill bottle? Window frames mouldy. Not the same feel as on the website. We thought we'd found something special but it was rather underwhelming and not quite worth the money.

Bathroom: advertised as room with jacuzzi but it was broken No shower . Bath in front of window is very impractical . No curtains so everything turns wet . Impossible bathroom not worthy a 4 star hotel . Then noise from the ventilation is too loud. No possibility to turn it down. Temperature up or down did hardly make any difference. Not worthy to a 4 star hotel To get to the hotel is very hard- we had to break some rules to get there in the end.

great location, beautiful building/complex, authentic
renovation is a bit outdated, flooring in the corridors, some of the furniture in the room, bathrooms need an upgrade. The lobby could be more cozy en better decorated, look and feel are cold.

Great hotel near the city center. It's quiet yet just a short walk away from many nice shops and restaurants. They have an outstanding breakfast and a very nice bar.
Understandable but on one night the hot water stopped working. Even though coffee makers are provided in your room it would be nice to have coffee/tea service available without needing to pay for breakfast.

It’s close to the city center
Access with car was impossible. The staff wasn’t attentive We had issues with the room and they didn’t fix anything. Just replaced the room a day after. Bottom line - it’s a hostel grade with 4 stars hotel price. Totally overpriced
