Nice comfortable and clean two-bed room. Towels and bed linen provided. Many clean showers. Great location. Nice shared kitchen.
Breakfast was basic, but totally fine for the price. If someone uses the bathroom in the night, you hear the noise.

Staff were fantastic, very welcoming and helpful. The shared space with the kitchen and lounge is really nice and cosy. Breakfast was pretty good with a range of choices and had soy milk out as an option. You can use the machines to make tea/coffee any time during the day. Location is great, really central.
The rooms are very non-soundproof so if you are not a dead to the world type sleeper it is worth having earplugs! We did however go during a very busy week at start of university which is why it was particularly noisy, in general it seems it would be quite a quiet area the rest of the year. Toilet and showers are basic but clean.

Location. Kitchen/common area available to use. Complimentary coffee/tea. Clean.
We were 2 people in a room for 4 so a lot of space taken up by beds we didn’t even need. Our room was on street level with a glass/window door opening directly onto the street. Not good for noise or privacy. The shower on the ground floor was not accessible so we had to go upstairs. The toilet on the first floor was out of toilet paper!

The hostel is conveniently located within walking distance from the train station. The facilities were clean and the staff were friendly. The bed was comfy.
There was no bedside light, only a central light and light near the wash basin which meant that any time someone came in at night they had to turn on the main light. It also made it difficult to go to the loo in the middle of the night without disturbing everyone.

The staff was very nice and polite, and the location is excellent. Common facilities were quite good.
A few things in the room could be better, for example, with individual power outlets for each bed. Also, some parts could be cleaner.

The staff is friendly; there are several convenient places around (colruyt, the train station, printing shops); the kitchen is well equipped; the showers are ok; there are free locker - no need to give a deposit
The basement floor badroom isn't well equipped; the shared room is noisy; the price is a bit high compared to brussel's hostels

The location is perfect, you’re right in the middle of the city centre and fairly close by the station.
There were enough power outlets but if you’re using the bunk beds and you’re on the top bunk, unless you have an extension cord you won’t be able to charge your gadgets.

Location was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Common living room/kitchen and courtyard area were nice.
The main issue is the noise from other guests. I slept OK until 4am but then drunk guests started to come back making a lot of noise. I got very little sleep after this time. I was in room 3.5 and there are 2 toilets located next to it and the slamming of these doors added to the noise.

Easy, secure indoor parking for my bike. Lovely stylish kitchen and lounge area. Free tea and coffee. Oude Markt's bars only 5 min walk. Supermarket at end of street.
