The location was convenient; the check-in process was quick and efficient.
The room was very tiny, the beds were uncomfortable (only a top mattress), the towels were old, and the cleaning service was poor. The walls were very thin, so noise from other rooms was constant.

breakfast was lovely and very plentiful. The room was a bit small but suited our needs and the location was perfect. We were made to feel very welcome at all times.

It was noisy. I could hear the person in the room next door watching tiktoks late at night and it woke me up at 6 in the morning.

Love the beds and the location, both excellent. Also friendly and supportive staff.
Only criticism is that I've asked for a quiet room, which was confirmed. They've put us in a room next to staircase. In the middle of the night noisy guest decided to have an extensive discussion in front of our door. I told the front desk in the morning and they told me that I should have called the night shift front desk employee. Makes sense but would not prevented me from waking up in the middle of the night. Hallways are very noisy so please inform your guests and explicitly ask them to be silent late at nigh and after midnight.
