The bedding and the pillows were personally very clean and comfortable for me. They did provide with hand and shower gels (as promised in the ad; surprisingly it's getting rarer and rarer these days at other bnbs or hotels).
The cleanliness was below par. They did not even care to make sure that the surfaces were visibly clean. The shower head was brownish, moldy and calcified. There were tiny strands of hair around at some places in the bathroom. Dust was visibly there on some of the bathroom surfaces as well as on the racks in the room. The only sofa in the room was visibly stained in many places. So, overall disgusting! I felt like complaining, but was mentally not in the right space to confront them. So I ended up disinfecting the relevant surfaces with my personal travel disinfectants on my own, for a little peace of mind. It so happened that I had carried some soil along in my shoes and luggage on my first trip to the hotel. So I didn't hang the "Go green, no clean" card the next morning. I was also hoping they would perhaps notice and fix the calcified shower head. Surprisingly, I returned back in the evening to find the soil on the floor still there. All they had done was adjusting the blanket, clearing up the dustbin and (unnecessarily) changing the towels. So I ended up "going green" for the rest of my stay there, as their "cleaning" ritual seemed just unprofessional theatrics.

Great and plentyfull free parking. Great place for people who want to visit Leuven on a bicycle. Good breakfast. Its outside leuven but for stressed business people there is a fastfood restaurant next door.

The room temperature setup unit is a bit confusing. Instead of adjusting the actual room temp, you have to just enter the +/- 3 degree of change - from the whatever the room temp is...

The room was functional, nő extras provided nőt éven a plastic beaker for a drink of water. Shower was powerful and plenty of hőt water.
Nőt possible for an evening meal on site, who wants to eat junk food át a nearby Burger King őr starbucks, very expensive for a bare minimum levél of Service.

It feels like you're in the countryside, but you're actually right next to a neighborhood and the freeway. It's very quiet and green outside, but it takes seconds to get on the freeway and go wherever, and it's minutes from the center of Leuven. There is no restaurant at this location, but there is a large convenience store and fast food next door. We were only there to sleep and had other paces to be, so it was't a problem. I also really appreciated the desk in front of the floor to ceiling window.
It would have nice if there was a room safe and a mini fridge. But, we just locked our valuables in the suitcase and went to buy fresh drinks (and breakfast) in the mornings at convenience store that it just steps away.

Comfortable room, friendly staff.
Breakfast very poor, and very overpriced. Selection poor. Didn't open until 15 minutes after it should have done with 3 of us waiting.
