Wonderful
1. Its location was exactly what I needed as I had such heavy baggage with me and it was so convenient. 2. I had things to get in Leuven so it allowed me access to the centre in the morning before checking out. 3. good breakfast especially as I had a big journey ahead of me.

Location next to the train station was great. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The aircon in the room was very effective and the shower was surprisingly nice.
The cleaning could have been better, stray hairs on light switches and not so pleasant findings. I feel the price was a little steep for a budget hotel as we stayed somewhere far nicer the next night for significantly less.

I liked everything, the shower was powerful, the room was a perfect size and had everything I needed. I also liked how central it was to the train station. Finally breakfast was delicious and had a nice amount of choices. All staff were friendly and couldn't do enough to help

The location is excellent, as it's right next to the train station. Yet it is still quiet. The breakfast is pretty good, and the room was clean. The staff really helped me by giving me a room 3 hours before check-in. I like that there is always someone at the front desk.
Although they gave a good breakfast, it could be more affordable.

The staff was very friendly and the location is perfect
The window in my room didn't open. It wasn't clear to me whether there is a continual ventilation system or whether I needed to switch on the ventililation/airconditioning to have ventilation (for instance during the night).

Very convenient place and clean rooms
Very tiny room, I could not open the window it’s locked, if you have a heavy luggage, be careful because you have to climb a huge stairway from the train station.
