Location
The room was very small
The toilet is separate from the shower, no toilet brush. Not enough space into the toilet.
The suspended extrabed is very uncomfortable, you hit your head when you get up.
The breakfast is not so various, you have to boil the eggs by yourself

The location is brilliant, the staf was very friendly, the bed was very comfortable, I like the fact that one can open the window and the breakfast is pleasant.
The room smelled quite strongly of mildew/mold on arrival. Luckely I could open the window.
Also the drain of the washbasin didn't function well (the water ran away only very very slowly - so it was hard to wash my hands or to brush my teeth.

very well located, right besides the central train station (safe even at night). The staff always ready to help you. The rooms are small and thus recommended for a few days only. Leuven is expensive, so this hotel offers you a good compromise between price-location.
The WC was not clean and smelled.

Location is excellent unless you want to stay in the old city. Very very close to the railwaystation, yet quiet. Budget stay in Ibis style - everything works. The room was clean and had relatively comfortable beds.
Breakfast was less impressive than in many other Ibises. Very basic, veru little variety, but got the day started. Room was small and had no desk or chair or floor space, so very little space for your belongings.

Good location
I have booked 1 double bed +1 bunk bedroom. They have given only 1 double bedroom.
They said it was their system problem. Truly unacceptable!!!!
Additionally - their vending machine doesn't work well. After charging the amount for water- instead of pushing down to the collection bin it pushed backward (however the receptionist fixed it). But it needs to be maintained well.
