Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast area is nice with a view of the train station and square. Rooms are decent size and clean.
Depending on the location of your room, you hear the music from the breakfast/dinner area in the room. This was a drawback during an otherwise ok stay. It's a budget hotel so expectations cannot be too high.

Nice hotel close to the train station and old town. Helpful and nice staff. Room was cosy and clean. Amazing breakfest!
Only entrance is through a restaurant. A bit inconvinient, but not a big problem.

Very quiet room, Amazing breakfast with good coffee and a lot of options. Easy walk to city center and really close to train station.
No elevator The mattress was kind of very soft The fabric of the chairs of the room was very dirty. The ceiling needs a refurbishment.

Excellent value for money. The location is great, my room was at the top, but you should know that there is no elevator. But there is no noise even though it is in a busy location. It is a quiet and cute hotel. In any case, overall I am satisfied.

The breakfast was very good, the hotel is in an excellent location, the hotel room has all what you need for a good night sleep. The manager sorted out straight away a problem I had with double payment.
The strong smell of sewage coming from the bathroom in my 2nd booking.

Well, I loved the breakfast. I can't tell it was very rich or extraordinary, but there was a good variety, enough food and tasty. I love eating eggs for breakfast and there was 3 types of egg dishes. My dreams came true. Reception and breakfast stuff were polite and helpful, check-in was very fast.
I had a very tiny room with a very little wash basin in the bathroom (I was rather puzzled, where to but my toiletries) and all the light was built so, that it was impossible to do a make up. Ventilation in the bathroom works together with light, and it is so strong, that it is very cold in bathroom when you take a shower.

Nice breakfast. It was good to see non resident local families visit for breakfast. It's 2 minutes walk from the station with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. It proved to be a very good base to explore Leuven and hop on the train for our next destination (interail trip)
