The location was superb, just across from the train station. The room was spacious and comfortable, and also quiet. The staff were pleasant. I also liked the breakfast which was nourishing and tasty ( for me as a vegan,bread, bread rolls, beans, tomatoes,cucumber, mixed fruit and veg,orange juice,tea/ coffee). Overall,great value for money.
No fridge ( shame because I would've liked chilled beer and soft drinks in the heatwave). No fan or air con ( in 30c heat the room was very hot in daytime).

Its locations the restaurant downstairs. The De Bond underground car park brought you out at the front of the hotel. Good breakfast included in the price.
The stairs were a bit steep, but it is a lovely old building. Unfortunately there was extreme hot weather (37 degrees) which made the room uncomfortable but the lack of a fan was something that didn’t help.

The location is great. Bed is very comfortable. That breakfast was absolutely delicious. Staff is polite and willing to help.
As there is no official reception, communication is mostly done by email. Sometimes is prompt, but sometimes it takes to long to get reply (this could be inconvenient), but in the end everything was ok. Everything else was great.

Hotel sells the same room more than one person. Random person tried to enter our room at the middle of night claiming it was his room. While we were trying the solve the issue, there was no one from the hotel management. There is basically no hotel management, there is a casa of the restaurant functions as hotel lobby. We had to leave the hotel even though we have paid for 2 more nights…

The location of the hotel is really good. The building itself is old but has a cute charm and the rooms were clean with comfortable beds. However, there's no staff present in the night and there was a huge argument happening with the guest in front of my room which could have been easily avoided if there was some staff present.
