The hotel is also just 5 to 10 minutes walking distance from St. Peter’s Church and close to the Oude Markt, with all its famous pubs. There is a large public car park for up to 500 cars nearby. Conveniently located, Leuven is 20 minutes from Brussels and only a few hours by train from London, Paris, Amsterdam and Cologne.

Nice location. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.
There was no air conditioning in the room. I stayed at the hotel during the hot days, and only the fan helped me cope. I think at other times it would not be a problem.

Disappointing
The breakfast, room and location were fine.
I wasn't satisfied with the staff, who were not able to provide me with a correct receipt for my payment, in spite of many requests from my side and promises from their side. In the end, they did send me a document, but it was full of mistakes. When I asked for a corrected document, they did not reply.

- Location is perfect, next to the station.
Poorly lit hallway to the room, making the journey to the hotel room quite creepy. - You could hear every noise from the hallway. - No fresh air in the room and hotel. It has not been ventilated for a long time. - No Airco or climate control. - Dirty towels were provided, of which one had stretch marks... - The toilet was not flushed by the last user, and obviously not cleaned afterwards by the cleaners. - The breakfast was disappointing. Too little choice and the hot dishes were not very hot. I can't recommend staying here.

Price, location. Very useful for train station.
A staff member was quite brusque and verging in unhelpful. A lot of stairs to access room. Room clean but tired. Strange plumbing sounds generated by next door room. No area to park bike nearby, and taking in room not an option due to stairs. (Although this is a niche request, the only bike parking is in the huge public bike park beneath the train station - not ideal if bike touring due to high potential for theft.)

Very Poor
This is the first time I have written a negative review for a hotel, and I am sorry to do so. However, I think it is important to warn other customers about my experience. I also informed the hotel about the issue. At around 10:30 p.m., I checked the bed sheets and found them to be dirty. More specifically, I noticed many red and brown stains on the sheet covering the mattress. The stains looked like bed bug stains. I have never seen anything like this before: such dirty sheets with so many stains on them. I went to the reception desk and asked for another room, explaining that the stains appeared to be related to bed bugs. The receptionist told me that the hotel had a bed bug problem about a year ago, but that it should be resolved now. The receptionist checked whether another room was available, but unfortunately there was not. As a result, I decided to stay at a different hotel for the night. The receptionist told me that I would receive a refund for the room, but this never happened. Unfortunately, I did not take any photos because I was in a panic at the time. If you decide to stay at this hotel—which I do not recommend—I strongly advise you to inspect all of the bed sheets carefully yourself .

The staff were very helpful and everything was well organised. The room was clean and spotless. The hotel is ideally located next to the station and is a ten minute walk to the centre of the town. The room was regularly cleaned by the cleaning staff. When the temperatures soared, they provided a ventilator as well.

Great location, the staff was nice.
The shower was in the middle of the room. The street outside was super noisy so I would recommend bringing ear plugs. My key stopped working halfway through my stay so I had to get it reset before I could get into my room.
