The staff were very helpful and everything was well organised. The room was clean and spotless. The hotel is ideally located next to the station and is a ten minute walk to the centre of the town. The room was regularly cleaned by the cleaning staff. When the temperatures soared, they provided a ventilator as well.

Great location, the staff was nice.
The shower was in the middle of the room. The street outside was super noisy so I would recommend bringing ear plugs. My key stopped working halfway through my stay so I had to get it reset before I could get into my room.

The staff were really very helpful and very sweet :)
The photo showed a twin bed and the room had a single bed. Also the configuration was entirely different from the photo so it was a bit surprising.

Great location. A large comfortable bed, linen and towels - everything is perfectly clean. The room is not cramped. Very good breakfast (extra charge).
It is clear that in a hotel of this category everything will be old. But still, some points can be improved: for example, it was impossible to close the door to the toilet - the door handle falls out, it is impossible to pull it. Broken door jambs. The most unpleasant thing is the smell. It was as if there had once been a lot of smoking in this room and the walls/furniture had absorbed this smell forever. At first, the smell even gave me a headache, but then I got used to it.

I got one of the apt, which is not located in the main building but in a close one. The apt was on a third floor. It was spacious and well equipped. Good value for money to visit Leuven as a couple or family with a small child.
