- The hotel itself is a very cute, old-style building. I found the overall setup (building structure, decoration, style) is very lovely. - The stuff is very friendly. - The room is very spacious and has everything I needed. - Great breakfast, and I love the vibe in the dining area. - I love the location, too. It's super close to the center yet it's calm at the same time.
The wifi is quite weak on both of my mobile phones in the room.

The B&B is in a convenient location, a short walk to all the sights in Leuven (which is a beautiful and historic town). The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was small but comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional - fresh pastries, homemade jams, etc. Onsite parking is a huge plus for drivers.
Since the B&B is located in an old building, there were many tight, narrow stairs to our room. Not at all unusual for historic towns, but this may be an issue for those with mobility problems or large luggage.

Disappointing
Location was good. Close to the center of town. Easy walking distance to many things. Staff was pleasant and helpful
Layout of the room was very awkward. Up 2 flights of steep narrow stairs. Wooden structural beams were in places where it was easy to bump your head or stub your toes. Odd shaped bathroom door. Huge slanted beam right in front of the toilet. Both head bump hazards. The room had an on and off smell of sewerage. Only one office chair and a small uncomfortable couch to sit on. Very noisy location. Students passing by at all hours especially late at night. Drunken and loud. Bed was too soft. No WiFi in bathroom.

The hotel is a former pastoral home, it's beautiful with old style furnishings. The room was very comfortable with all you need. Carmen was so friendly and welcoming, I hope I fet a chance to stay again!

We enjoyed a warm welcome and plenty of information about sights and walks to occupy our time. We had a large room on the first floor with a comfortable bed and a seating area. The breakfast was very good, with cereals, a selection of cured meat and cheese and pastries. The location was perfect for a short sightseeing stay.
The room could be noisy in summer if you wanted the windows open as the road outside is quite busy.

Very clean, quiet, easy 2-minute walk to a big market square. Doesn't feel like a "hotel". Feels like the owners really care about the property and guests.
Nothing about the hotel, it was all great. But if you haven't been to Leuven before, be warned there are bicyclists everywhere! So pay attention when walking and crossing streets...

Carmen is an excellent host. The location is very convenient and in walking distance to everywhere you need. The furthest place would be the train station and it takes 15 minutes on foot.
