Exceptional
The location was central & in walking distance to the main highlights of Leuven. The hotel is very charming with a homely feel. The breakfast was outstanding & tasty; the divine smell of fresh bread & croissants was comforting! It was a pleasure engaging with Vida, she is wonderful! This is my go to hotel for my future stays in Leuven!

Disappointing
It was close to the center of the city, and the staff were very kind.
This place is more for the older generation, the “charming design” outweighs the cons for them. If you are young, the design won’t be as appealing as it may be on the images and you will likely bump your head into the wooden beams. The mattress was very hard, the pillows were too thick, so it was uncomfortable for our necks. It was advertised as a hotel, but in reality it is a B&B, and even the place’s sign on the street says “guest house” and not hotel. The breakfast was very limited, small selection, and if you come a little late, the bread is completely dry. It makes sense, bread gets dry over time, but if the breakfast is until 10, the bread should be good until 10 as well. The sound insulation is awful, the walls must be super thin, everything neighbors say can be heard unless they whisper, and if they are in the hall, even their whispers are easily understood. Also there were stains on the carpet and light stains on the plaid.

Position couldn’t be closer to the historic centre. Rooms were nice. Staff friendly. Breakfast (included) good. Parking is commercial so will be E24 per day or overnight (about 7 mins walk away)

The room was simple but comfortable and immaculately clean. The staff were very attentive and the breakfast was wonderful. Location is very good, close to the centre of town, restaurants etc.
It was very hot in Leuven when I visited and the room was too hot to sleep comfortably, even with the fan. The windows only opened a tiny bit.

The B&B is in a convenient location, a short walk to all the sights in Leuven (which is a beautiful and historic town). The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was small but comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional - fresh pastries, homemade jams, etc. Onsite parking is a huge plus for drivers.
Since the B&B is located in an old building, there were many tight, narrow stairs to our room. Not at all unusual for historic towns, but this may be an issue for those with mobility problems or large luggage.

Everything about the stay was great. Really comfortable, clean room with good facilities situated in a nice area of Leuven. Good breakfast and a peaceful courtyard to sit out in. Vita was helpful and welcoming, and a very pleasant person. Fantastic place to stay
