The location is very closed to the city centre..
The room noice cancelation was not good. We can listen to people's voices from outside who pass by. It was so annoying and too noisy. It will be better if you give your attention to this.

I liked almost everything about this property. Very good location, clean and odor-free, comfortable beds, and very friendly staff. I would like to make a special mention about the front desk gentleman who even helped by lending me the universal electrical outlet adapter.
What I didn't like was the strict check-in time. We arrived at the property around 1:30 pm, but were not allowed to enter until 3:00 pm by the person at the reception desk (though he apologized about it later). We were unable to move to a coffee shop since we had no energy to walk with our luggage again, so we waited outside (in front of the entrance) in the cold winter weather. I never received a response to my chat message through the property website (using the link sent by the property) from Brussels Airport after an early landing (around 12-ish) about reaching there early. Another thing I didn't like is that they don't have any cleaning support during the stay. The guest needs to clean their trash by picking it up and throwing it into the bin inside the parking garage at the basement.

Location is amazing - right in the center and on the central market of Leuven. Quiet and safe at the same time. Spacious rooms. Very easy on line check in/out which allowed independency.
Of course, you get what you pay for. The hotel has a lower price despite it's excellent location due to the state of its facilities. It's a relatively old building. Rooms are not renovated as much. Unfortunately the pictures on the booking platforms are not updated to reflect the effect of time on the furnishings. Still the room was clean and quiet. It was our mistake to not see that the bed was actually a twin bed and that as a double bed option there was a sofa bed. This was not comfortable at all. Also as we were traveling with a baby, we asked for a baby crib which was nicely available in our room, but unfortunately it was also old and dirty.

Very good location and very friendly staff
Our luxury room for three only had a one-person bed and a double sofa bed that was very uncomfortable (too old, too soft, made a lot of noise). I feel the rooms need some updating. Every year they get more and more worn out, so the price becomes too high given the quality.

The studio was very clean, spacious, and well-equipped. It's in a great location and feels very safe. Good communication about the check-in and check-out rules.
Even with all the lights on, the studio was quite dark.

The rooms you see online are nothing like they have to offer. Also dont make the mistake of showing up early, there is no one on duty before 3pm, even though we watched her enter the budget around 1pm. They made us sit outside until 3pm.

I liked the apartment because it was very close to the shopping center and the city center, not far from the train station and bus stop, making it easy to get around, and it was also clean. I also liked the comfortable single bed. And Youssef very responsive, helpful and communicative!
What I didn't like was: when we arrived, the elevator was broken, and our room was on the 3rd floor. We had to carry our two heavy suitcases (suitcases for international travel!) to the 3rd floor, and my wife had knee pain. but thankfully, the elevator finally worked after 3-4 days. Furthermore, we booked two rooms (one with a double bed and one with a double and a single bed because we were staying for 5 people). Unfortunately, all the double beds were sofa beds, and these sofa beds were noisy when we moved slightly, and they also curved at the waist, and the edges felt higher than the middle. Thankfully, we were always so tired when we got back to the apartment that the discomfort was outweighed by our exhaustion. But honestly we still recommend this accommodation for short stays.

Place is nice, evev though Gateway Ghent is much better
Noise. Continuously. The bar Marengo on the street was open ALL NIGHT and uncivilized people screamed at any time. At 8:00 in the morning they finally started with loud music. If you want to sleep, GO ELSEWHERE.

Facilities are complete and easily accessible. Only regret that no clear explanation how the room layout is, and reply to questions with message was a bit slow. Generally, our stay is quite enjoyable. location is perfect while near train station and surroundings are well functionality.

Although the place is definitely showing its age.. older furniture, scratched flooring, etc, its location cannot be beat and you have everything you need. Sheets etc are super clean. Super friendly costumer service. I’m a repeat customer for 8 years..

Big room and good location.
The room has a sofa bed and one single bed, when booking I did not realize that a ”twin bed” is actually a single bed. The sofa bed was really uncomfortable. There was a kareoki bar right outside and poor isolation on the windows so it was difficult to get a good night sleep.
