Very Good
The location was very good, close to the train station and the city center. There was also a laundromat nearby where I could do my laundry. The studio is fully equipped with a kitchen, refrigerator, and kettle—everything you need for a few days' stay.
The bed was a bit uncomfortable, as the mattress was sunken in the middle. At times, there was a strange, sewage-like smell, although it seems to be more a characteristic of the city than the accommodation, as it could also be smelled elsewhere.

The property is located in an attractive setting. Very good mini-kitchen and bathroom, comfortable bed, and excellent range of TV stations.
My Wi-Fi connection showed a possible security leak. That meant I could not access my Email via laptop or do online work. Twice the connection just shut down.

It was quite by the night and Wi-Fi was good.
The room was dark as hell. The kettle and everything in kitchen was dirty. By nighttime I was listening for the water drops from the boiler. Shower facilities do not work. The shower spills water in all directions, the hub hardly drains the water. Although it is declared that there is a weekly cleaning, in fact only sheets has been changed, nothing else. Heating through the app didn't work of course. At least they gave me a heater by my request.

The location is good, approx. 10 min. walk to town center and/or to main train station It's quiet and it seemed pretty safe. The beds are relatively comfortable.
It was one of the worst accommodations I've ever stayed in. The apartment is old, run-down and dirty. It was quite cold when we arrived but we managed to warm it up in the following days (it only has one small electric heater) - and it was 15-20C outside.

The room was relatively spacious and had everything one might need, but the furnishings were quite rustic and a bit dated. The bed was basic and lacked a proper slatted frame, so you shouldn’t expect a high level of comfort. A big plus is the location – it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the old town and a nearby supermarket. Cleanliness was mostly fine, although one of the towels had several large stains. I assume the hotel works with a laundry service, but it might be time to sort out older items. There was also some visible dust in the corners, so the cleaning could be more thorough overall. As the room was located on the ground floor, there were quite a few noises starting around 6 a.m. – possibly due to other guests who seemed to be staying for work in Leuven and left early in the morning. This could be an issue for light sleepers. While it was cheaper than other options in the area, it wasn’t exactly a budget stay. Given the overall experience, I wouldn’t return. If you’re only looking for a place to sleep and won’t be spending much time in the room, it’s acceptable – but it doesn’t compare to a modern holiday apartment.

I liked the fact that it was near the city centre and the train station
I didn't like the fact that my room (EO4) wasn't easy to find. I did a late checkout, without any staff, there wasn't a map and my room was outside the building, I spent a lot of time looking around for my room and finally realized that I had to go outside. A map near the kiosk for the check in would be useful for future travellers. There was no light in the bathroom!!!!!!
