Our Be-Housing flats offer an affordable and independent alternative to a traditional hotel, these spacious and practically furnished flats are ideally located,in a green area close to the historical city center and near public transport. The flats offer free WiFi. You have a choice of either a fully equipped budget flat or a student flat with basic furniture and a seating area. The room I stayed in was large enough, and overall clean. The kitchen had pots and pans and was overall usable. The outside common area / garden is quite nice. There were electric heaters in the room that worked great. The entire place was pretty silent.
I wasn't placed in the room I had booked. I couldn't talk to staff because they only work between 16-18. I was at work then. The Wi-Fi was atrocious. Anything beyond text messaging is not an option unless you enjoy buffering. The shower water is only hot for about 5 minutes, then you run out, which was infuriating. The door to the room doesn't have a mechanical latch on the inside. You only lock it via the key. The kitchen lacked a proper knife and all the pots/pans/dishes were quite dirty when I arrived. The bed in the room is, best I can put it, questionable. It didn't feel very solid. The window of the room doesn't have a net. Expect mosquitoes if you want to air the room. The bathroom is poorly ventilated and so the towels don't dry overnight.

Spacious appartment. Mostly quiet environment. Nice area for walking.
Friendliness of staff wasn't present. When I ran out of toilet paper they were annoyed that I was asking for more. The appartment is not that clean, even after they came and clean it. There were often bad smells if other people where cooking. Some noises in the night from the other appartments.

Nice studio. Kitchen and bathroom were excellent. Quiet location, good for reading and relaxing.
Too many people are smoking in the common quadrangle in the centre of the property, and sometimes in the balconies too.

The location and the interior garden
I have never experienced a worse accommodation than this. The room was filthy and neglected: spider webs and spiders were everywhere, curtains were torn, and there was dust that had clearly not been cleaned for a long time. The sink, shower, and toilet were disgusting. On the last day, the toilet was completely broken—the water in the tank kept running endlessly into the bowl. The dishes were dirty, and despite our request for room cleaning, nobody ever attended to it. To make matters worse, there were mice running freely around the courtyard. I have photos to prove the condition, and I strongly advise anyone to avoid this place. This was by far the worst lodging experience I have ever had.

There was no electricity in the flat I was assigned, which meant no lights, outlets or heat as the radiators were electric. The kitchen appliances had not been plugged in and the refrigerator door stood open. It was evident no one had stayed in the flat for quite some time and the flat was not prepared for my stay. I attempted to use their virtual assistant and called all three listed numbers, including the "residential manager" and received no response.

Nice garden, nice location, decent room.
Had an argue about the apartment. I booked the room that you see in the pictures which is described as 40-45 mt square. They gave us half the size, totally diff looks, some apartment that they don t have on their booking page, but their argument was that they gave us an apartment called Business Studio, like what we payed.

Location, cleanliness.
WiFi internet was intermittent/unusable at times. Acoustic insulation was not good (I could hear snoring from other rooms and talking in the hallways or on the street). The bathroom light was not bright enough.

quiet location closed to every place in Leuven. nice room, with a small kitchen, perfect if you want to cook. there is also a boiler if you want to have tea and a toaster for a nice breakfast. we really enjoyed our staying. we'll def come back.

Small but comfortable room with all that you need for a short trip. I have booked a business studio, it was a bit smaller than in a photo and room description and with no sofa. But ok, I had a nice trip to Leuven ☺️

It’s was a good location for my needs but not in the center
Dirty rooms , spider nets everywhere you touched, poor lighting, connected or no sealed roof so all the bad smell of others frying onions was in my rooms , my clothes smell bad like I was in a kitchen frying. Terrible. I couldn’t sleep from the bad smell

The rooms and environment were lovely. A very pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful
The message at 2pm telling me that if the room was not paid for by 5 pm the room would not be kept for me. (My book in time was supposed to be around 6pm !! So I had to change all of my professional arrangements to sort this out ?. Usually, this is all managed by booking before I arrive ! The parking facilities, although not far on foot did not feel very safe; dark back street, open garage (although I had no problem apart from trying to find it the first time - and WITH a map !!) from both a personal pint of view and for the vehicle. However when traveling with luggage - it is not easy, and quite far. .. (I do know that Leuven centre is not at all easy for parking spaces anyway, I had thought that as the property was not right in the centre it would be easier...) Also, the mattress in the room was not very comfortable.
