Exceptional
I loved this place! I travel a lot, it is maybe the best of the last years. There is a touch of care everywhere at the place: nice painting, beautifully offered breakfast with classical music in the background, small innner terrasse with flowers for a coffee. Wonderfully clean, well taken care place. Excellent location, 20 min is the center on foot via small nice streets.
Old building, I liked its charm, but you can see its age.

We appreciated the host. The owner helped us bring up luggages since we had quite a few. Also, they called us to warn about road closure due to the marathon event in the city. Breakfast was great since it's very homy.
We didn't expect to experience narrow steps and our room was on the top floor. It's difficult for travellers with lots of heavy luggages.

Great breakfast, very nice people, very warm welcome, nice atmosphere, tastefully furnished interiors, very good bed, The shower was spacious and well designed.
The invoicing process was cumbersome. The washbasin drain was slow.

We are very satisfied with the accommodation. The host was very caring and attentive, yet knew when not to disturb the guests. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Although the house has many stairs, we got used to them, and by the end of our stay, it didn’t bother us at all. The room was clean, quiet, comfortable, and the amenities were more than sufficient for us. The location is not so far from the center (about 10 min), and the walk to the nearby center, surrounded by old and beautiful houses, was very pleasant. We recommend this accommodation to everyone. P.S. Watch out for bicycles—they’re everywhere!

Good location, great bed, very warm and kind atmosphere and owner/proprietor, a breakfast that is above and beyond all expectations including homemade fruit/nut cake (sort of) and all in the way one can want it. Personal approach to everything. Parking is also available.
The shower cabin in our room was... A cabin, great for showering and short toilet visits, but only if youre intimate! Especially for the toilet be prepared to take shi(f)ts in the bathroom if you need some more privacy ;)

Nothing relevant, the building is not in the city center, but close to the ring, anyway 15min by foot from the main squares of the town.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our host was literally at the door to welcome us when we arrived. The room was very well appointed and every small detail had been carefully considered. Our breakfast was simply sensational; there was so much to tempt us from bowls of berries, cereals, interesting breads, conserves to myriad plates of cold cuts and cheese. One of the best breakfasts we've ever experienced for sure. The location is great, quiet at night yet close the the centre. There's a lovely community-focused bar (Bar Stan) just a few minutes walk away for those who don't want to venture too far.
