Michel was a very friendly and welcoming host who did everything to make sure that we were comfortable and seemed genuinely interested to chat. The historic house has been beautifully restored to offer exceptional accommodation. Our room was large, very quiet and comfortable. Breakfasts were a real treat with exotic fruit, delicious bread and varied cheeses as well as sweet delicacies. Exceptional food, all attractively prepared and served with great care and attention to detail.
There was nothing that we did not like about this guesthouse. It might be worth mentioning that the stairs are quite steep if that is a problem.

Wonderful old B&B, just five minutes walk from nearby conference venues and ten from the city center.
The owner is unbelievably friendly and the breakfast included fresh eggs from their chickens and homemade jams.

Absolutely exceptional stay at hotel!
Our experience at hotel was nothing short of fantastic. The hotel’s location in the beautiful historic center of Leuven made exploring the city a breeze. The historic building itself added charm and character to our stay.
One of the highlights was the delicious and hearty homemade breakfast served each morning, providing the perfect start to our days of adventure. However, what truly stood out was the extraordinary level of service provided by the incredibly friendly and helpful owner and his wife. The owners went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay.
Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better accommodation experience in Leuven. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a delightful blend of comfort, hospitality, and history in this charming city.

Fantastic little B&B in a great location. Across the road from a beautiful heritage area and a few minutes walk from the attractions in the old town. Very friendly and accommodating host.
The only (very small) downside was the bath; the low showerhead in combination with the lack of curtain meant a quick clean was not really feasible without getting water everywhere.

Welcoming and hospitable, a comfortable home from home. Beautifully restored building, full of character. We slept well in a bright and comfortable bedroom. The breakfasts were delicious. We had a wonderful stay.

Located at the entrance of the great Begijnhof, waking up at the Guesthouse Begijnhof is like waking up in a different century. The Guesthouse is located in a quite street, which makes for a good nights rest. When making your way downstairs in the morning, you´re by the owner personally, who has gone out of his way to provide his guests with a fresh and varied breakfast, including local and homemade products, that could delight even the fussiest eaters among us. If breakfast is not your thing, simply enjoy a cup of coffee in the garden in the morning sun. The most refreshing thing about our stay, was the personal touch and involvement of the owner and operator. He goes out of his way to ensure you have a pleasant stay and he takes a personal interest in his guests. We have greatly enjoyed out stay and would recommend this accommodation to anyone whose looking for a care free and authentic stay in Leuven.

Perfect location and amazing host, very helpful and looking to meet all expectations. Clean room and all you need from the guesthouse. Also the sorrounding is amazing and worth to spend extra time for walk.
It was not a problem for me but at the time of checkout I had to pay cash, due to the fact that terminal was out of order. But for me that was not an issue at all.
