B&B Baron's House is located in a faithfully restored listed building from 1705. The rooms in this historic house are equipped with a flat-screen and satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. They cooked the eggs very fast for you during breakfast and served them on a hot plate, this was a good point.
The room was very filthy and not cleaned! There was dust and spider webs (including 8 spiders) all over the room. In the bathroom, it was visible that the glass wall wasn't cleaned at all. If you have room 6, you have no view of the beautiful park. The pictures of room 6, where we stayed at, aren't even on this website. Breakfast was very little and nothing special, less than shown in the pictures.

Beautiful old building and location, and they put some money into quality fittings although this seems to have been some time ago. Decent breakfast.
Unfortunately the room we were put in has a damp problem and shouldn’t be rented to guests in its current state. It stank of damp and this made it quite unpleasant to sleep in. A shame as it would otherwise have been a nice room, although in general they don’t seem to be keeping up with the maintenance of the building and grounds so it felt a bit tired and tatty in general. There was a notice telling us to keep a ventilation fan on during the day but this wasn’t working and wouldn’t have been enough to solve the issue anyway. The fact that the shower screen was so short that it was impossible to shower without flooding the floor was also adding to the problem.

Clean and nice in the nature
Expected more tbh; in the photos there’s an enormous space but in reality you cannot really go anywhere apart from the reception and your room, no entrance to the park, etc. The room was small and not authentic, and the toilet is see-through.

The location was peaceful & quiet. Also the style & furnishing was excellent. Breakfast was very good.
Impossible to get a taxi without ridiculous pricing. No shower in our room only over the bath, very difficult for a tall man & very unusual ,especially as the interior looked very new and was carefully designed for comfort. Two of our rooms nos 1 & 2 were directly outside reception & the restaurant , impossible to not be disturbed by general noise of guests & cars parking & turning outside.

The glass bathroom in the main bedroom is a little odd, perfectly functional but seems to be a trend with many hotels now. What happened to privacy on the loo? Some of the rooms are a little outside walk with stairs, otherwise great location.

One could not completely open the windows due to the installed blinds. As we were there in summer, it was then very difficult to get the hot and muggy air out in the evenings. The bathtub setup was quite nice, but one needed to be rather careful in order not to get water all over if only wanting to take a quick shower.
