Comfortable and modern apartment. We liked and used the elevator to reach our 3rd floor room. 9
The electric kettle in the kitchen needs to be replaced. It cannot be turned off. The switch doesn't work and the unit does not shutdown automatically. You must remove it from its base or pull the plug. This unit could cause a fire.

I was given the wrong key, and it took over an hour to get the right one. The room was spartan, and smelled bad.

Pleasant
Great location and a lot of space. Have stayed before so k ow the locations and property. Recently update to furnishings helped it look refreshed.
Very well cleaned but still had a smell in the internal bathroom and shower room. Internet was not strong enough for zoom calls.

The apartment was dirty. Towels were stained. Cold. The radiator was not working (and there was a note saying don't touch the radiators or you'll get a fine). The toilet was dirty, the toilet was all yellow and dirty. The kitchen stove worked very poorly, it barely heated. The manager was disgusting. A guest came to me, brought croissants, sat with me drinking tea for exactly 15 minutes, the manager came and demanded that I move out immediately.

Perfect location for us, close to railway station, city centre and university. Spacy apartment and convenient with two bedrooms and kitchenette. Quiet house and peaceful neighbourhood.
Cleaning was poor, in particular the bathroom.

The apartment hasn't been refreshed last 15 - 20 years. It was in really bad condition - far from what is presented on pictures.

I do not remember
The cleaning of the apartment was very bad, a glass with lip prints, the ceiling full of cobwebs, the shower and toilet very dirty, with mold, we spent 2 liters of bleach to clean it and be able to use it. The living room had hardly any light, of the 5 (small) light bulbs, only 2 worked, the kitchen also had hardly any light.

Location was great. Nice to have kitchen that had all the necessary items such as pots, pans, plates, etc. Quiet. Safe. Having an elevator was really nice. The signs on the wall, explaining the rental policies. Maps and other local information in the entrance.
No heat. Not enough lighting in the main room/living room. No directions for where to put the trash since our bag got full and how to get another bag. One of the chairs at the table was unsteady. There was a lamp in the bedroom between the beds, but the outlet was too far away to plug it in. No towel(s) for the kitchen.
