The chalet was well equipped with loads of storage. There are hobs and a microwave for cooking. The sofa was comfortable and the lady at reception was very kind and helpful.
The beds could be a bit more comfortable and another pillow would be helpful.

The chalet was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was an asset. Enough space, especially in the living area. Nice terrace.
There is no dishwasher, so we would have appreciated a dish drainer. The pressure of water was unstable so it was necessary to constantly adjust the temperature of the water while under the shower.

If you like peace and quiet with no on site facilities this site is ideal. There is a small play area at the front of the site and some communal BBQ areas. Fresh bread and pastries can be ordered before 6pm for the next day, this is a nice touch. The site is situated within walking distance of shops, the local town and the seafront. It is a very peaceful place to be.
The lodges are very close to each other and parking outside our lodge catered for 3 lodges. This meant that the parking was quite tight and could be noisy when people went out or returned. For a luxe apartment space was limited for a family of 4. The sofa was also heavily stained which was very noticeable on entering the property. The kitchen also lacked basic items like a baking tray and bread knife. This may seem like a small detail but when they sell fresh bread for you to collect a bread knife is very useful.

Sadly very basic property extremely hot on arrival and smelt. We opened doors and air conditioning and it improved. Location the best thing about it.
Be prepared very basic, tv not working, limited kitchen equipment, very small rooms half a toilet roll, neighbour was very grumpy.

the chalet we stayed in was in a great location easy to explore Flanders by bike. a good kitchen (could have been better equipped). comfortable bed, good showers and in a quiet area.

Staff did not give too many details about the location on check-in or what services there were or weren't, could have done with some more cooking equipment in the kitchen.

Clean and quiet location within walking distance from the city and the beach. The staff is really attentive to the visitors' needs. They speak several languages. I'd add a personal thank for the staff being so helpful, as they called to let me know I've forgotten an item in their cabin and they made the effort in posting it to me.

Very comfortable beds and very clean. We loved the outside space we had and made good use of it.
On arrival we realised there was no oven only a hob and microwave. We were a little surprised but we still cooked some lovely family meals.

There was a poor wifi, defect light bumble. We complend twice but there was no reaction. When we left it wasn't repaired at all.
