Lovely historic building. Good sized room. Appreciated the little box of yummy chocolates left to greet you upon arrival. Close walking distance to attractions. I felt safe walking as a single woman traveler. Quiet internal couryard garden to sit in and relax. I recommend the delicious breakfast buffet.
Bed and pillows were on the hard side. This might not be a negative for some, but I really had issues sleeping comfortably. Soft pillows would have been appreciated. I often lay them on the bed to soften the mattress. The room was very loud with traffic noise. This is usual in a city...so I would recommend bringing ear plugs. They were the first stay in weeks that didn't provide a hair dryer.

Pure luxury and class from arrival to departure! Loved the pool and sauna. Had a fantastic room with a balcony. So peaceful and the bedding was divine! Fantastic attention to detail. Lovely towels, dressing gowns and super tea and coffee (nespresso machine) all provided. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and had the most fantastic meal, with excellent service. Literally could not find anything to fault. They get service, and do so in a relaxed way. Great stay!

Very nice property. Rooms are very new and comfy. A nice (cold) swimming pool and spa. Beautiful garden bar/restaurant. Very nice.

Very nice rooms, clean and modern.
Parking and breakfast are very expensive. Good underground parking. We didn't take the breakfast offer. Tea at the bar came with a very large teabag and only half a reality of water, which meant that the teas stewed in a few minutes. I asked for more water and got about 2 tablespoons added to the teapot. I could not be bothered to ask for more. You just know when the staff disapproves of a request. A very low point in our stay. Every other member of staff was excellent. Thanks

Great position minutes from the centre . Hotel has excellent facilities including car park with charging for our electric car! Spa and pool very nice buffet style breakfast available in the enclosed garden !

Amazing hotel with all the facilities and amenities one could want. City center was about a 5-7 minute walk. Rooms were impeccably clean and spacious and hotel staff were kind and helpful. We would whole heartedly stay here again.
