We stayed in 3 hotels during our 8 days in Belgium/Germany and while each one was excellent, our stay at Pillows was absolutely our favorite. We were greeted very kidnly and professionally, our room was fantastic and the hotel itself is absolutely the best! We did not eat there due to other plans and wish we had done so.
I really cannot think of anything other than I wish we stayed longer!

The smell. OMG once you enter you smell a little sent of oak & citrus. This is kind of smell I want to enter every single day of my life. Everything in the building looked very stylish & modern. We’ve got the room with a huge terrace and it was wonderful. Sipping on coffee and looking at the castles… Dream come true.
We were gifted so much chocolate! One bag was waiting for us in the room and another one was gifted to us at the check in. Plus the stuff was very nice & sweet, shared with us the map and the best places to visit.
The only thing I regret the most is not checking SPA & having a meal at the restaurant. It smelled fantastic and I would definitely be back! Great job team ?

We enjoyed our stay very much.
Our room didn’t have much light and we should have asked to see another with larger windows. We really enjoyed the couch and living area in our room. It was very quiet which we love. We slept very well.
The staff at the front desk were fantastic especially Amber. She helped me plan the delivery of two delicious desserts as a birthday surprise. They were balloons and a thoughtful card from the staff.
We had dinner in the Bistro and found the two servers unfriendly. They spoiled our meal which was my partner’s birthday dinner.
As above- a couple of unfriendly servers in the Bistro.

Don’t miss this hotel. We were just in Europe for three weeks and stayed in probably five or six hotels and this was by far my favorite. Beautiful, comfortable, perfect location, and very nice staff. I didn’t really pay attention when I was booking, but this place has a sauna so every day after 20,000 steps we would go to the sauna. Between the sauna and the beautiful comfortable rooms we slept so well here.
Also, this location is perfect. It’s an easy walk to the center of Ghent, and I definitely was so happy to get out of the old area and come to this beautiful hotel.
If you’re reading this review and the price is within your budget, don’t hesitate to book this. Absolutely loved this hotel, the food was AMAZING also! The breakfast was a bit pricey for us so we didn’t have it, but we ate lunch there and it was the best meal of the trip.
