Airco in room not working, at least 24C in our room and to noisy outside the sleep with the window open.
On website they show picture of a super nice dining hall. However, this is only for weddings.

The location is spot on, easy to move around and cover some main attractions.
I think for the price the basic courtesy would be to provide a bottle of water per person for each day. There was just one bottle on the day of arrival and none after that. Also the cleaning staff seemed like she was in a rush and didn’t even bother to clean the washroom or clear the waste bin as it was her half day.

Staff !! Especially the cleaning staff. They almost rushed us out of the room to clean . When requested to let us have sometime to get ready they said they were in half day and needed to leave . Even the reception staff weren’t pleasant .

Great location, friendly staff, fun to have a pool there, nice room
Parking : they mention just register your license plate at the check-in but it is not true. You need to communicate at least 2 weeks in advance to reserve a spot. Though we followed their instructions when we arrived they told us what we Really had to do as it was fully reserved. Had to park elsewhere. No other solution.

The hotel is centrally located which makes it easier to move around especially with children.
The room's carpet was dirty, clearly not hoovered after the previous guests. We asked the reception if it could be cleaned, and it was but not properly as there were still small pieces of rubbish left.

Excellent location, we booked the hotel parking which was very convenient. Everything was walkable and a lot of eateries and sights around. Would definitely stay there again
The rooms seemed a bit outdated, some damaged or dirty walls , it needs a bit of renovation compared to the rest of the hotel, which was very nice.

The location was perfect! Right in the middle of everything. Entrances on two ends of the hotel so you can go out on two different streets depending on where you want to go. The rooms were a very good size. The shower was nice. There was a pool. And the hotel was connected to a bar and restaurant that were nice.
The only things I didn't like was that the A/C didn't work very well. It was very hot outside, and the room barely cooled things off. Also, the hotel is a little on the dated, or old, side.

Front desk staff is super friendly and helpful. Every hotel could take a page from their book.
Attached restaurant automatically ran out cards in USD without asking. In their defense, we are American, but this is something that should always be asked. It ended up costing us a fair amount because the bank we use when we travel is set up to pay in EUR.
