Very nice room in the heart of Ghent. We only stayed one night and didn't avail ourselves of many hotel services, but the hotel staff were friendly and the facilities enjoyable.

The location was perfect for a tourist. The room was spacious and nice.
We had asked for a room in a quieter area of the hotel, yet street/people noises were so loud during the two nights (Thursday and Friday nights) that it made it difficult to sleep until around 2:00 am. The shower grout had mold which is not something one would expect in this type of hotel. The hotel front desk staff seemed understaffed. The hotel lobby had a complimentary water station for guests, yet more often than not there was either no clean glasses or water in the drink containers.

We really enjoyed the spacious room with a nice view of the town hall. Everything was very clean, and the breakfast was good. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch for our dog - a bed, towel, and bowl were provided, which was a lovely surprise.

The air conditioning did bot work well, and so the room got a little hot. The staff was helpful but could not get it fixed during our stay.

We were told about a “Green” program where you put a hanger on your door by midnight to forfeit the room service the next day and in exchange you get a free drink coupon. However- we put hanger out as instructed but did not receive any drink coupons. We did tell staff and he was very difficult to deal with and acted as if we were not telling him the truth. In the end we did get a drink coupon - but it was definitely not worth the trouble and we did not participate the following 2 nights.

Perfect location! Walking distance to all main attractions. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Parking was available. Room were clean, spacious and great overall! Highly recommend!

The location was great for the old town local sights. The staff was incredibly nice. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The buffet breakfast had numerous tasty choices.
It was a bit far from the main train station, however staff was great at calling for taxi service.

Great location, excellent breakfast, easy parking, room 339 was large with balconies overlooking cathedrals. Professional, courteous and helpful staff. Everything was superb. Highly recommended.
