Very good hotel. Ibis hotels are always good because you know exactly what to expect, and this hotel is no different. The room is small but comfortable and cozy, everything works perfectly and the room is well insulated. The staff is super attentive and polite, and always does their best to help you. The hotel's main advantage is undoubtedly its location, it's almost impossible to find a more central location than that, you're simply 5 minutes from all the city's main attractions.
The entrance to the garage is quite tight, and those without experience or with a very large car may struggle a bit to get in, but the parking spaces are okay.

The location was excellent! The hotel is located in the heart of the historical district and directly across from the Christmas Market. It was about a 10 min walk from the tram to the hotel. The staff was very accommodating and friendly from the front desk, housekeeping and dining. There is a bar and lounging area to relax in after a long day. They did allow us early check in once we became an Ibis member

Wonderful
Excellent breakfast!, everything you could wish to have was there and comfortable area to eat it.
The hotel was also very nice. Room was comfortable and clean.
Location was superb.
The staff was great and we left our suitcases in thier storage after checking out, for free, and enjoyed the town without the baggage.
I recommend this place.

The location is perfect, everything reachable by foot and the whole staff was really nice and helpful. Breakfast was also nice, the rooms were good and decently clean. The bathroom was small but absolutely sufficient for a few nights.
Was quite loud at times both from outside the hotel but also from other rooms, that was a bit annoying overnight. Otherwise no complaints.

It was raining and I walked into the Hotel without a reservation. The woman at the front desk was incredibly kind and help me to secure room for the next two nights. Bright and clean rooms. Bathrooms very clean. Just pay for the inclusive breakfast which was very good. It was also right across the street from the cathedral that I planned to visit
Price was a little bit High but the location and quality of the facility were very good.

location and breakfast were great, staff are very friendly. the view to the cathedral is awesome.
the elevator is kind of slow, and i didn't like the cleaning staff always turning on the a/c which was too cold for me. also the room arrangement was a little weird but overall fine.

Our holiday coincided with a festival, so maybe that was the reason, but some of the staff seemed extremely unhappy and tense. Just for asking for slippers, they told me that it was not a five-star hotel :) I had never experienced anything like that before.
