The room is small, but the size of bed is normal for two person. Everything was clean. We liked breakfast.
You can only pay buy card, the hotel doesn't accept cash. It wasn't mentioned on booking and We had a little bit of discomfort because of that. Also if you want slippers, shower cup or things like these, yo have to pay for it (for example, we payed 5 euros for slippers).

The facilities, the breakfast, the rooms are perfect.
The location, it is closed to the tren and bus station but a 30 min walk from the historical center of the city, if you don mind to walk you could always use your bicycle.

We just had a very enjoyable time here. The location was perfect as it is close to the trains tation and there are busstops nearby. Good value for money.

Breakfast was good. . Initially we were provided a room which was stinky but on request it was changed. The room is very very tiny for 3 peoplw. for 3 rs person the cupboard bed was not very comfortable.

2 persons without a clothes closet which was a third bed. Nothing to hang up clothes - luggage kept on the floor.

I loved how close it was to the train station. When I walked in, it had a lovely fresh welcoming feel to it. The staff were lovely. I liked it that I could come down at night and sit in one of the mini couches watch a video on my iPad and feel like I was part of the community.
I really didn’t like it that there weren’t any coffee making facilities in the room. I also didn’t like the fact that a double bed was pushed against the wall which being 70 years old made it difficult. I spoke to staff before I arrived and they put me in a wheelchair room. I was travelling with my other 70-year-old friend and we couldn’t have been climbing over each other to go to the bathroom at night. But the problem was solved by your very helpful staff. It would have been nice if the restaurant menu changed. It was the same thing pasta and pizza for dinner every night.

The room was a joke for 3 people
It was so packed that we couldn’t even move.
There were spider webs around. Bathroom was dirty, there were splattered residue marks on the bathroom door. No towel slippers. And This was not a cheap stay at all.

When I arrived, the room was dirty, but the worst part was the bed. It was clear the sheets had not been changed from the previous guest. This is a basic hygiene requirement that was completely ignored.

Overall pretty clean n reception staff helpful. Room temperature nice to provide a restful sleep. Close to station too.
Room idea for two but challenging for three or more. No boiler in room n pretty inconvenient to go down n walk through a cold corridor to get hot water from the staff to warm up.
