Very Good
The hotel is located very close to the St Pieter station, so if you arrive by train it's very convenient. There are also several bus and tram stops to the town center nearby (although it's just a 30-min walk to the historical center). The staff was nice and welcoming. The room was very nice, with a decent size, and the shower room was small but clean and convenient. Comfy beds. Overall, convenient, clean and well located, perfect if you intend to use the hotel only for sleeping and spend the rest of the day around town.
The room was on a 2nd floor with no lift, which for us was fine, but can be challenging for elderly people. It faced the train tracks, so even with the windows closed, you can hear some trains passing. Not a dealbreaker - we still slept fine and other than that it was quite silent - but it's something to bear in mind if you're a light sleeper. The hotel is clean and convenient, but quite basic overall - for instance, a kettle in the room or some hand soap would have made it much more welcoming. Good value for money but expect only the basics.

Excellent location near the train station and several restaurants closeby, easy checkin procedure. Good spacious room with a very nice bed, even got a personal tour of how a some things worked., very friendly personel. Convenient inroom closable bathroom, which was ok.
Any minor inconveniences are related to the bathroom. The washing sink was very small, you could barely wash your hands in it and the towel rack was hung up pretty high. Which was fine for me, but I would guess smaller guests would hardly be able to reach the big towels on top.

Wonderful
Good location (for us was important to be close to the train station) Room wasn't too loud despite the rails very close by, which we knew. Host was polite laidback and flexible. Public transport in short walking distance, but downtown is also a nice walk, with cafes and shops alongside.

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful. The location was good for getting the flibco bus early next day.
The only negative was the train noise but we soon got used to it and it didn't affect our sleep.

Good position, near enough to the centre that you could walk or bike into town. Far enough out that you can park outside
Room 1 is very basic and accessed past the kitchen and along a corridor used for storage. The bathroom sink is so tiny you cannot really wash your face. There is natural light but the window is high and the only view is of the railway embankment. The trains are noisy.

Very conveniently situated hotel, a few meters from Gent Sint Pieters train station. Although the rail tracks a right behind the hotel, it did not disturb me. The rooms was quite big, has a desk and a comfortable bed. The bathroom is rather small, especially the sink. The furniture is a bit old, but it is still nice. Very friendly staff!
One morning the wifi did not work.

The Lord is a confortable place, and really close to the city centre and the Saint Peter's station.
We felt that the price was a little overrated, as it was a normal sice room (a little small, in some parts), and the street where it is, can be noisy at nights. We could hear people partying all night long.

We had a very nice stay for one night. Location was amazing, it is only like 2 min walking distance from the station and only 10min by tram to the most historic part of the center. The reception was very helpful, they even draw us a map for a walking tour and all the must-see places. The room was very comfortable as well.

Pleasant
The staff was kind. They tried to keep clean, despite the old and shabby furniture - the sheets and the bathroom were clean. The mattresses were quite comfortable. The hotel is next to the central train station - very convenient if you travel by train.
The furniture is for replacement. The rooms are small. They are worse than in the pictures. There were no bottles of mineral water in the room and other small amenities like a hot water kettle, tea/coffee ... not at all like the pictures. The bathroom is very small. The windows were small and oddly placed. The price-quality ratio is not OK. But other hotels in Belgium are also unreasonably expensive. The hotel becomes a one-night stand and ... run.
