Big, clean, well-decorated room. Friendly and helpful reception staff.
We had to leave super early in the morning due to the train strike, so we didn't get a chance to enjoy the hotel properly! Would gladly come back.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great for a family holiday. I loved that our daughter also got her own bed. The room was great, loved the coffee machine, bed was comfortable and great bathroom. Location is perfect in city centre and best pub in town is around the corner.
Its not necessarily a dislike but we did book this hotel for the location and private parking which was no longer available to us so we ended up paying almost 100 for a public underground parking.

Nice hotel in good location, convenient for trams and easy walking distance to centre. Friendly and informative staff. Coffee machine and Netflix access on TV were also much appreciated.
Our (family) room was slightly frugal in style (carpetless, wooden floor) and the bathroom could have been bigger.

The staffs were helpful and friendly, the room was quite spacious, comfortable and clean. The hotel is near the tram station and city center, really convenient.The breakfast was great in quality and price.
The only downside was that the building didn't have an elevator, but you can certainly ask the staff to help you carry the luggage. No microwave available. (It's a bit unfortunate since we bought nice local food back to hotel for night snacks)

We had one of the deluxe rooms at the top of the property which was a beautiful room with exposed roof truss and a roll top bath in the room. The staff were really friendly and the lady who checked us in was exceptional with her information about the city and what we could do.
We did not know about the Low Emission Zone in Ghent and the need to register ones vehicle in order to avoid a fine of 150 per day. The hotel messaged us about it but only the day before we arrived which made it really difficult and stressful for us especially as you need to upload the vehicle registration document which we didnt have with us. It would have been easy for them to have sent this message when we booked and registration would then have been a simple matter. While not a problem to us,the stairs to the top floor are very steep and narrow and may not suit everyone.
