Wonderful
Breakfast was very good. Had a variety of choices and service was excellent. We had a top floor bedroom in the back building. It was quiet and private. Sitting area behind the bar was very comfortable to use after a tired day of touring. We enjoyed the lime water and surprised pastries upon return to the hotel. The hotel location was within walking distance to most attractions, restaurants, river boat cruise and public transportation.
Having to going up and down some stairs at the front entrance as well as down the stairs to the back 2nd building with our luggages was difficult especially when you are seniors. But it was a relief to find we can exit through the back gate on the ground level without the stairs toward the front building when we checked out and having the option of the taxi picking us up from the back alleyway.

Proximity to all the landmarks. Great location. Lovely view. Cleanliness. Friendly and helpful staff.
Elevator broke so had to climb steep stairs one day. The mirror in the bathroom is not at an eye level. Sink was hard to use.

The hotel is beautiful and very modern. It is perfectly located in the heart of Ghent, right in front of one of the city’s canals. Everything was spotless, and the hotel is beautifully designed and tastefully decorated.
The service was excellent. Both check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming.
The breakfast was very good. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

When you walk into the hotel you already feel the wonderful energy. The attention to details are all present. The hotel feels very upscale from the moment you walk in the door.
Parking Situation could be better explained. We did not choose the parking option, but chose to instead park at a nearby lot (8 min walk) - Not terrible, but a bit frustrating dragging luggage through a cobblestone city.
I did learn that parking could be arranged at the hotel prior to arrival, but navigating the inner streets of centrum Ghent can be difficult with constantly so many road closures...

The view and outdoor seating area at the top floor room was great. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety. Seating inside or out was comfortable. Location was perfect to walk everywhere in old town. Lots of restaurants on the same trees as hotel. Take a tram from Ghent train station fora short walk to hotel.

Wonderful
Great location and amenities (namely pool) for any type of traveler. River front balcony and A/C that kept up with heat wave.
Bathroom setup not my fave. Lots of space could have accommodated more storage or seating area.

The room was really large and had a fantastic view over the canal - just as I had requested. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and the serving staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is located very centrally and was close to all the local attractions. The staff were excellent and went out of their way to help you - would highly recommend.

Hotel Harmony is in a fantastic location for exploring Ghent. Besides being right on the main canal you’ll find everything walkable from there. The hotel was very comfortable and super clean. Our room was very up to date and had everything we could hope for. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was the best on our 3+ week trip. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. We were able to leave our luggage both before and after our stay. Turn left outside the front door and in a couple of minutes you’ll find a bunch of very good restaurants.

The location is outstanding and the staff if there to please. In out opinion there was no better location!!!
The tv didn’t work, air conditioning was ??? And the toilet was on the opposite side of the room from the sink and showers. However, still would stay there again.
