Very good location, easy excess to anywhere in the city
I didn't like the fact there was no water in the room, and the shower gel container was empty

The location is fantastic and the bed was amazing. The room looked very nice with a good view of the canal.
The afternoon staff person was not very friendly. The lady in the morning was very nice.
We didn’t have shampoo or body wash in our rooms.

The room was completely spacious and had an amazing view of the intersection where everyone was walking outside. Plus, you could see the castle of the counts and everything. The staff was understanding and very knowledgeable about the area. Would recommend again and again.
I wish the shower were a little bit bigger so I didn't feel so confined in it.

Staff was exceptionally kind in accommodating a request. We enjoyed a lovely room. The location although super central is also quiet. Everything was in order.
We had to walk a bit through different corridors and stair cases to get to our room. Building has a mismatch of different renovations.

Location was excellent. Reception was not knowledgeable about anything, not particularly friendly, weather was v cold and so was bathroom floor which was v cold so didn’t have a hot shower which I wanted to have. The single bed next to the wall was more appropriate for a child rather than an adult so I didn’t get much sleep
The hotel needs a decent person at reception who can answer even basic questions and perhaps be a little bit friendly. He was completely disinterested in his work

A beautiful hotel across the street from the castle. The heart of the city was at the front door.
The internet is wasn’t working during our stay very well, but they were having it fixed.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Its location in the center of the old town was perfect. We could see the castle from our room window. Short walk to many of the sights but it was also on the tram line if we need to travel further. Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast offering was very good. The onsite bar was cozy and reasonably priced for a tourist location.
The coffee maker in our room did not work well. Otherwise, no complaints.

Location of the hotel is just amazing. Cleanliness, temperature of the room is also okay.
Check-in time was told us at 3pm but we were in the room around 4pm due to late organisation of the hotel. Hope it will be improved by the hotel management.

Location near the Castle of Counts was excellent. There are numerous good restaurants within walking distance. A canal boat stop is nearby. The room and bathroom were large by European standards. Staff was very helpful. Room cleaning was excellent.
Parking within hotel grounds is limited to 8 or 10 cars. The receptionist provides specific directions as to how to access the parking but the hotel parking would still be difficult to find without car navigation. Expensive breakfast. Restaurants near river provide cheaper breakfast options.

Great location in heart of old city and walking distance to attractions. Lot of food options nearby. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. If travelling to Brugge/Brussels then take a tram or Uber to train station. Didn't try breakfast in hotel.
Nothing. Remember that lot of good restaurants in the area need booking. And lot of cafes etc. close early.
