the location of the hotel is exceptional for visiting the town centre. we had booked the suite and in addition to be very spacious it included a tower type room which allowed 360 degree views of Gent. A very nice surprise. The hotel had a parking right next to the entrance which was very handy.

The guidance to the hotel parking lot was completely disappointing as it did not take into account customers who were visiting Ghent for the first time. I made a reservation a month ago and was very disappointed that I was assigned a room with a view of the emergency stairs.

Excellent location a stone's throw from the castle and five minutes from the center. Clean, bright room with all necessary amenities. Excellent breakfast in a spacious, bright room.
The room was a little noisy, with noise coming from outside through the thin windows, but the hotel provided free earplugs.

Very nice place right next to Gravensteen castle and walking distance to the old part of the town. Beds were comfortable, we only stayed one night - we were happy with it. We parked at Ramen which is only 5 minute walking distance.
