Personnel were wonderfully kind in my few interactions. The room was perfectly fine for 1 person. Loved that the window actually opened! And no chemically air fresher or yucky musty odors. Even had a mini-fridge which I did not expect. One night I got an appetizer plate from the adjoining restaurant, and it was very good.
The area was noisy--train station (under construction so noisier then usual), and a lot of bar/restaurant/street noise. (This is no fault of the property owners. Just a reality of the location.} Some interesting stains on the stairwell carpeting, and the motion sensors in the stairwell did not work well, Sometimes they did not come one until 1/2 way down a flight. A wash cloth in the bathroom would have been nice, but towels were sufficient quantity for the stay.

The rooms were very spacious and super clean. The man who worked there was very friendly and spoke English very well.
It was difficult to learn how to keep the lights on inside the rooms. The room key card had to stay in a slot, similar to how you keep electricity on in a cruise ship room.

it is next to train station, so i believe it is a good location. However if you want to go to the city center you should take a bus or tram. About 30'.
Everything in the room looked dirty. Even the trash bin wasn't empty. Towels and sheets smelt weird. Definitely cleaning is not their priority. The bed is not so comfortable, I would say decent sleep.

Great little hotel. Absolutely ideal location to train station. Good trams and buses into city. Good breakfast...all you need to start the day. Very extensive menu for Nepal/India restaurant attached to hotel.

If you need to be by the station to location is perfect, but is a good 20-30 minute walk to the centre.
The rooms also have no AC so we had to leave the window open with a fan because it was 28+ during our stay, but the fan was broken, and we could hear the noise from outside all night. Also, the fridge wasn’t working so everything we kept in there was hot when we took it out the next day.

Good location by the train station.
No air conditioning. There was a heat wave in Ghent at the time. The window was small. They provided a fan but it was inefficient to cool the room. Did not sleep much that night.

The hotel is perfect if you’ve wisely chosen Ghent as your base for visiting other cities, it’s just a 2-minute walk from the train station. The room was clean and spacious, exactly what you would expect from a good 3-star hotel.

The room was very cozy, It wasnt noisy, and the blinds worked perfectly. The personal was kind and helpful.
My only complaint would be that the bathtub sink didn not close properly.
