This is my third time staying at this hotel for a business trip. The staff are very friendly, the hotel is very clean, and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast is quite adequate. It's definitely a hotel you can stay at with peace of mind. It has its own parking lot.

The staff were the best feature - always friendly, professional and willing to help. The breakfast was fantastic, a real treat away from home. The rose shower heads are great, instant and generous drenching in lovely hot water.

Variety of egg dishes as well as cheese
The coffee was so nice! Give a thumbs up to the breakfast!
Walking distance to Gent-Sint-Pieters train station

The location near the station; easy access to center/ old town; neighborhood; attention to detail; friendly & welcoming/helpful staff; honor bar & food possibilities; efforts to be eco friendly(no plastic ). Rosenthal china ( apparently a holdover from long ago). Super clean bathroom& awesome Jacuzzi bathtub; very comfy bed. Spacious & chair to sit comfortably.
Family business run by brother & sister team. Super friendly & professional.
Outdoor garden including fish pond; small fitness room with quality equipment

The hotel Astoria was in a great location for us as we arrived by train and it was a short easy walk from the station. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and our room was well-designed and had everything we needed. To get to the city centre, we decided to take a tram and the staff recommended Tram number 1 and gave us with a map, which all worked fine.

Very pretty hotel, ample parking (for a fee) and really clean and nice room. Water provided in the room. There is a self service at dinner time in the dining area, with a small menu, fresh frozen food that can be microwaved, I choose zucchini soup, it was very good and perfect for the evening. Breakfast (extra fee) was nice and with a large variety of bread. Located in a nice street, generally quiet, but busy in the morning, when it was a show to see kids going to school riding their bikes.
All was good, maybe the price for the breakfast was a bit high, I invited a niece to have breakfast with me, and the price for her was higher than my breakfast. 18 vs 25 euros

The facilities are great - bikes for rent, comfortable dining room and patio. Hosts are friendly and communicative. Need is exceptionally comfortable.
My room was in front of the parking lot, across the street from the train. People looked in the windows. You could hear every train... And motorcycle, and people walking by. In a safe area, but far from everything.

Situated in a nice location with easy parking if you travel by car. You can enjoy food from their "Honest" kitchen as well.

Lovely hotel!
Reception closes at 8 PM; we were NOT informed of this at time of check in nor were we informed to use the room key to gain access after hours. Key piece of information that should have been conveyed! Still recommend the hotel as it was lovely and the location was perfect for our stay!

The location was near the train station and our son's home. We were able to walk to see his family.
The room was comfortable. I could make my tea in the morning and my husband had coffee downstairs. We enjoyed the garden.
I would have enjoyed having a small arm chair in the room.

Great location, near Trains stop, big room, nice bath tub with jacuzzi, what we needed after a long day. The room with large patio, we were able to sit outside and relax. The best hotel breakfast we had, wide verity of food, catering to most people’s needs.

Spacious room. Quiet street. Excellent location if you want to be near the station. Can watch the trains pass but hardly hear them. Staff was very accommodating. Nice outdoor area for eating and lounging.
Breakfast is pricey if not included with your room rate.
