I went counting on having restaurant service advertised but as I arrived I Saw a note informing that the restaurant was closed for the festivities ? Really? In an area that is very industrial and rundown where you find no restaurants at all. :(

Very hard to find so more clear signage would be helpful. Old hotel that could use some refurbishing. Old smelly carpets. It's like walking into the seventies.

Very close to the Gent fair. Good breakfasts. Very nice helpful staff.
The room needs renovation. Fungal silicone around the bathtub. Cracks in the wardrobe and a sliding mirror door that won't hold can cause accidents. Drilled holes in the desk covered with a pad. Overall, this is not standard for a 4* hotel.

The air conditioning was not working. I complained on day 1 itself, the receptionist promised that it will be fix the next day but it wasnt. Visited during the summers so it was a suffocating experience.
we couldnt open the windows either. So had a pretty bad stay.

Nice large hotel a little outside from the centre of Gent. It has a huge parking place. The room was good. We booked the breakfast. The breakfast place was very spaceous, and there was a lot of things to get. The children enjoyed a pancake machine.

200 for one night is quite expensive, than I was obliged to pay extra for parking and the breakfast was not included, so even though I like the hotel, I will look for another place next time.
The room was nice and clean, also the bathroom, the bed confortable, nice to have a tea in the evenig.

Breakfast and evening dinner were very good. Special mention for Burcu who looked after us during our evening dinner on 8th September and Sandy who looked after us during breakfast on 10/09/2023. The room was adequate although I did upgrade and perhaps expected something a little better.
I do not like to pay for car parking - it is a pity that there was a charge of 7.50 per night for Friday and Saturday night (would have been 15.00 per night on other nights. The hotel is looking a little tired and needs to be updated and refreshed.

Old fashioned rooms, just a single Charging point. Refrigerator and intercom not working. Parking area looked in bad shape.
