It is convenient for Flanders Expo, otherwise location is not nice, industrial area.
The bed was worn out, very uncomfortable, sinking in literally. Restaurant is not open on Saturday and Sunday, which makes it less convenient for people taking part on fairs on Flanders Expo. This is not clear when you book, it should be stated on the website at booking com.

ALL WENT WELL Nice hotel and room. Pleasant staff. Good breakfast. FREE CAR PARKIING. Room was clean and well taken care of. All services and equipment worked good. Small restaurant with good food. Bus transportation immediately outside the property. If you rather the TRAM is about 15-20 minutes walk near by. Both are good and get you to Ghent Central station.
My wife are senior citizens and we loved this hotel. PERIOD.

I liked the breakfast, the shower and the free parking.
The fact that when making the booking I sent an email to request breakfast but they never replied. They only saw my message 3 weeks after we arrived and had to pay for the breakfast. Their excuse was that their staff wasn't well trained. But this wasn't good enough and I was charged for the full amount and no apology. The facilities are very old like in the late 70's and the next day our room was not cleaned. We had to ask for clean towels on the last day after finishing the breakfast. The hotel needs a big revamp as the rooms are cold.

Wonderful
Great bed, god lighted bathroom with a bathtub, warm room, nice restaurant, very good wi-fi, clean and neat, good housekeeping. Excellent hospitality, very helpful and understanding staff, always with a smile and ready to assist you.
Could include a small fridge in the room, needs a bit more hangers in the bathroom. Remote location from the city center, but just what we needed for what we came to Ghent for.
