The location with parking spot is great for people wanting to visit Wondelgem. The rooms and common room are spacious and well equipped. The host was flexible when it came to our arrival time so that was much appreciated.
As the host and her family live in the home (like often with a bnb), we expected a warmer feeling but we only came across (and heard quite lot of noice) from the common corridor (until 22:30 people going up and down and same at 7:00). Nobody came to great us at our check out either. The rooms are clean but we did have a bit of smell coming from the bathroom sinks. The stay met our needs as we were there on business but we sadly did not get the homie vacation feeling we often get at bnbs'.

Very clean. Large bedroom. Great to have option of breakfast time. Lots of bread products, cheese, meat yogurt, fruit, coffee/ tea. Was close to small village with grocery store and a few restaurants. Walkable to bus/ tram. Good central location in Belgium. Nice quiet neighborhood.
Key pad entry was flakey.

Great location, five minutes from the tram into town.
Light airy rooms.
Great breakfast.
Hairdryer was broken and wasn’t replaced.
Hilariously the light switch was behind the bed so every time you moved the lights turned on and off!

Great location/neighborhood near a tram stop. Host was nice. House/room/bathroom were nice.
The listing did not indicate breakfast was an extra cost. Our room was off the guest kitchen, with other guests coming in at all hours of the night. Very noisy and not conducive to a good night¿s rest or sleeping in. Comforter also did not seem clean.

The location of the accommodation was outside the main city. However, with the car, it was only a 15-minute drive. The kitchen was also well equipped, and we could prepare our daily takeaways.

A very comfortable room, the shared kitchen facilities were very convenient. Kartini was a perfect host and breakfast was excellent. The B&B is located in a quiet street, with private parking. It is a short walk to the tram stop which takes you to the centre of Ghent. We enjoyed our 2 nights stay, highly recommended.

The B&B part of the house was upstairs in their own home. Outside was a lovely patio with table and chairs. Inside, a good size bedroom with a large window, spotless bathroom, lovely main room for breakfast and lounge area. We were allowed to cook a dinner, but chose to go out instead. Kartini provided a lovely selection for us each morning. Included a boiled egg, choice of bread, bun, pastry, yogurt, meat, cheese and fruit. She asked us when we would like to eat - and was prompt and friendly. This house was in a very quiet area - but not far from restaurants if you chose to go out (may need reservations). The location was perfect for us as we had a car and were touring the countryside (not Ghent itself).

Super clean, super neat, well maintained rooms. Free parking, quiet neighbourhood, you have a full kitchen that you can use with the other room (the property has only two rooms for rent).
The beds were too soft, and I missed a small table & chair in the room.

Short walk to the tram into town. Breakfast was tasty and good portion sizes :-) . Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. We travelled with two young kids, and we were very comfortable.
