Good location. Short walk to town. Lovely pub on way to town. Cheap and great selection of beer. Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Very helpful.
The beds are comfy but they are a small single beds in the value rooms. Car park charges, I think are just a little excessive.

The lady at reception was extremely kind and welcoming. The room we stayed was large, comfortable, and had very good facilities. The hotel is situated on a peaceful street, which made for a relaxing stay. The covered parking was convenient, even though the entrance was a bit tight.
The hotel is about a 30-minute walk from the city centre, which can be inconvenient if you need to go back and forth several times a day.

The shower was difficult to use as you had to stand at the end of the bath which was sloping. Not particularly safe.

We made it back home to the USA and it was such a help that Sandra had helped us make the train reservation to leave Ghent and then even followed up with the train itinerary email! We were getting frantic trying to get the reservation online the night before and being unsuccessful but needing to hurry to leave in the morning to make it to our next destination. After she kindly made the reservation without us asking we left to rush to the station. I saw she sent a email right away and used the information to navigate so much easier, I am sure we would have had difficulties if not for that important information and her attention to detail and kindness. Thank you so much again for going above and beyond. We are grateful! I want to include a mention of “Famka” the wonderfully attentive and hard working hostess and receptionist who helped us so much. She greeted us after a long day of travel on our first night when we arrived and offered tips for where to go in Ghent and specific instructions how to get there with the transportation . She worked tirelessly all 4 days we were there- always cheerfully and with extraordinary helpfulness and attentiveness. I cannot recommend this wonderfully welcoming Hotel-apartment enough! Best we encountered during our 2 week European vacation .

Spacious unit in a quiet and nice neighborhood. Small kitchenette was useful. Melissa, who checked us in, was very friendly and helpful. She came up and showed us how to use the induction stove( which was tricky]
The living room furniture was a little beaten up . The male helper in the breakfast area could have been more pleasant and welcoming.

Although located in the center of Ghent, the rooms are impressively well insulated from street noise. I couldn’t hear any buses or cars passing by, and I slept so well. The rooms are spacious, making them ideal if you plan to do some work during your stay too. I also appreciated that the living room and bedroom are separate, which adds to the comfort.
I wanted to iron my shirt, but the room didn’t have the necessary facilities. Most hotels typically provide an iron, so I was surprised it wasn’t available since they had everything else.

The location was excellent: within a walking distance form the center, shops and the railway station, yet in a quiet street.
The apartment was confortable.
Breakfast was good.
Registration at the reception was slow. The apartment was comfortable, but some pieces of furniture were not in good conditions. For example, there were stains on the armchair.
The reason why we chose this hotel wsa that it is an aparthotel and gives you the possibility of cooking and having meals in your room. However, the kitchenware provided was less than minimal: three kniwes, two forks....It looked as though nobody had checked the room since a long time.
The shower was in the bathtub, which was very slippery.
Most signs were only in Flemish.

Wonderful
Room was very clean, which was appreciated. Beds were comfortable and the hotel was vey peaceful and quiet. The walk into the centre of Ghent was pleasant along the river and only 20 mins by foot.
Nothing not to like.
Breakfast could have been a bit more expansive but overall was good enough and what was needed ahead of day exploring the beautiful city on foot.

The woman at hotel reception was very friendly and helpful during our short stay. The room was comfortable and spacious and the bathroom was also nice. Not too far from the centre and very easy to get to Gent Sint Pieters station. Breakfast was simple but nice.
I wish it had more than just a soap dispenser in the bathroom. Would bring our own toiletries next time.

The restaurant menu was not updated,and twice I couldn't get what was on the menu.if it's not on the menu anymore ,take it off the menu you give customers!
