Exceptional
Beautiful hotel near Dampoort railway station, very clean, with very friendly and helpful staff. The beds were very comfortable, breakfast was great and the food at the restaurant was delicious.
It was a little away from the centre,but everything else was wonderful.

The aparthotel met my expectations, for a short say alone. I had a double room, so it was more than enough space for just myself. The bed was comfortable. the bathroom clean and with the necessary amenities. Housekeeping was done everyday. I did not use the kitchen appliances, but they looked fine for cooking a small meal or breakfast. The staff was very friendly and provided info in advance regarding parking and the low emission zone. The breakfast was very good and I also dined at the Dali restaurant one evening, which was delicious and also affordable, due to a special dinner menu. Walking to the center of Gand is feasible as well as getting around by bus.
The bathtub design made it not exactly comfortable to just stand and take a shower. There was not much space in the closet, given it was a double room, and strangely the TV system would turn on by itself, when you insert the room keycard into the reader. Nothing too much of a big deal, though. The entrance to the parking is a bit narrow, better be careful. Finally the buffet breakfast is perhaps a bit pricy, but I guess that is the standard almost everywhere.

Close enough for me to the city center, 15-20 minute walk. Location is quiet and close to the Dampoort train station. Enjoyed the breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff! Very spacious flat for one person. Bed was comfy!
Would've liked breakfast to have more variety from day to day, tasty but was the same. Would've liked a recycling bin in the room. Extra towels upon check in would've been nice.

Great location. 15 min walk into the town centre. Bus stop outside straight to the station. Quiet, didnt hear anything from neighbours. The little kitchenette was handy so I could do a shop and not have to eat out each night. The apartment was spacious and English channels on tv which is always a plus.
Sandra on reception was lovely. Friendly, helpful and always smiling.
Bed and pillow was too soft for my liking like sleeping on a big marshmallow. Also safe was on the bottom shelf of cupboard despite there being 3 shelves above. Could have done with it on a higher shelf instead of having to get down on all fours each time.

Very clean. Very uncomfortable sofa and beds. Hosekeeping a bit to early in the morning. Breakfast is until 10.00 AM. Houskeeping knocking at the door at 08.15. One day they did mot return and we did not get clean towles and refill of toilet paper. Location is fantastic. Just between the city centre and train station. Also a very quiet area. Good food and service in the restaurant.
To eraly hosekeeping, and should have invested in a sofa one could actually sit in. And maybe some more sleeping comfort.

Excellent stay, very clean and well equipped room/apartment with enough space for 3 adults. Breakfast was also pretty nice
Just something which is good to know - entrance to the parking is a bit before entrance door, there are no signs on it. Entrance is rather narrow, although no problem for midsize car
