Location, service, fast check in and check out
There is no drinking wather in the room. When you come thirsty from the trip and need to take some pils before sleeping you need wather. I hate when you cover this with ecology and give me empty bootle just that you save 1 euro. There was no warm wather in the shower, the pipe was not working properly.

It was a very nice hotel with a very friendly stuff, The room was specious and it was all really clean. There were waffles for the breakfast.
Unfortunately the location is not the best one, i didn't feel so safe around. There is not that big offer and variation for the breakfast, i would say the breakfast was rather less than an average.

Excellent stay in a beautiful city. Children loved the waffles at breakfast and daughter and I enjoyed making use of the small gym

We had a very pleasant stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Brussels EU! We were thoroughly pleased with the amenities and service overall. The cleanliness was good—definitely acceptable and up to standard, even if it wasn't absolutely flawless. The rooms were very comfortable, making our stay truly relaxing. After dealing with cramped hotel bathrooms so often, the spaciousness and comfort of this bathroom felt refreshing and made a difference. The breakfast was fantastic in terms of food quality and variety. However, considering breakfast is the start of the day, we would have specifically liked the breakfast staff to be a bit more cheerful and friendly. This was a small expectation that wasn't fully met. On a high note, the rest of the hotel staff was excellent—everyone was friendly and very helpful. Overall, we had a great experience!
