I liked the professionalism of the staff members at this hotel. They are they for you whenever you need something, regardless of your request.
Nothing I can think of, as they all do a brilliant job at providing excellent service. All the staff are very welcoming, especially when you first arrive there.

A nice chain hotel, with a friendly and helpful staff—they upgraded our room when they saw my wife was in a wheelchair, so the room was nice and big! Excellent breakfast!
Just be aware that this hotel is located a bit away from the downtown touristy section of the city—it was a 20-30 minute walk down there (and uphill back), through construction zones.

Great staff, location wise it is about 30min walk from the town centre, convenience stores nearby, good size room, comfy bed, fridge and hair dryer in the room,, free ice and water at reception
View from the window due to location. Drinks expensive at the bar (€15 for aperol spritz, €4.50 for small cappuccino)

Location is in the business and governmental district (so rather quiet in Summer) but very close to everything without the noise of everyone. Small but well equipes room (though lacking a coffee machine, instead powder, including decaf, clean, nice shower, comfortable bed. Small supermarkets nearby, endless choice of restaurants walkable.
No oat milk for coffees in the bar/restaurant (still catching up).
