Disappointing
Location was central, coffee, fridge and safe as well as big room. However not for three people...
Light was too dim for reading and make up!
The room was extremely dusty and there was no airco!
The third bed was too much for such a room. We could barely step.
It was too noisy at night.

The room vibe : I felt going back in time visiting my grandmother. Although I was expecting a quiet night, the terrasse 7 of Juliette was probably the only one that kept the music very loud until 1 in the morning on a Saturday ...
The breakfast : it hadn't enough choices in general, especially for vegetarians and people that don't eat pork ....

Straight from a fairytale, this little house is enchanting.
Discover it !!!! You will NEVER forget this place ?
Some light switches and sockets are not working (but too much light would kill the atmosphere anyway)
Using the wood stove sets off the smoke detector... not pleasant at eleven o'clock in the evening.
Safety regulations and a wood stove are apparently not compatible.

The hotel is set in a gorgeous old and small city centre, all hotels are clustered together. We had the junior suite, with rustic old walls, a roof top view, highly charming living space and bathroom. and a balcony. It gave us the perfect setting to walk and explore when it was sunny, and lounge indoors reading when it rained. Note, no supermarkets of any sort in Durbuy.
